very spacious apt. really enjoyed the kitchen & frig. VERY good value. a minute’s walk to the shore & numerous restaurants

a few things to note. u absolutely can not check in b4 4pm. Fermont has 2 properties, both of which do not have a check in desk. I finally figured out that I had to pick up keys at a restaurant. this would have been SO NICE TO KNOW a day or two in advance. the shower does not drain, had to cut my shower short or watch water cover the floor. & unfortunately, right outside the property is garbage & recycle bins. glass is really loud when it breaks

A small apartment with all you might need for a short stay. Besides, the shower was great!

As it is on the ground floor you lose your privacy when opening the curtains.

I had to leave 12m but the person in charge arrived 11:55am to let me know so felt pressure although I left 12m o clock

Collection of keys was complicated

The apartment was near to the sea and comfortable

The mattresses were very hard

Location was great. The flat was in the center of the city and 2min walking from the beach. Check-in was really easy and the staffs was always available to answer any question we had.

The flat was not clean. The floor was dirty and there was dog hair on the bed and the bed sheet had stains. The flat smelled like sewers. The street was really loud with music and party and we could unfortunately not sleep at all. The view of the window was directly on the garbage.

We arrived after the 15th of September around 6pm to Foz. We couldn't find the buildings and no one picked up the phone for the first 15 minutes. When it did, we found out that they had a break from 4 till 7 which meant we couldn't do the check in. The latter was made in a restaurant which was 7 minutes away from the apartments. An absolute joke to be completely honest. We had no water pressure so shower was useless, shower door was slightly broken, had we had pressure we would probably flood the toilet. Bed was quite tough as well. All in all a disappointment. Appreciate the sympathy of the gentlemen who served us but still something I wouldn't recommend anyone

I didn't like anything because I didn't get to the room, I arrived late at night, I made the reservation a moment earlier, I didn't see the information hidden at the bottom that the keys should be collected elsewhere. Multiple attempts to contact the property by phone were unsuccessful. all the phones were silent. I sincerely advise against it.
