The hotel is very stylish and chic but still has an attention to detail that made it the perfect hotel for a two day trip. Our room overlooked the pool and the Ría, so the views were spectacular. The room was very spacious and we had a large terrace with two very comfortable sun loungers. The bathroom was modern and clean with a great supply of toiletries. Little details like complimentary local biscuits were a lovely added touch. The breakfast and lounge area on the lower ground floor gives a very chilled vibe, more like someone’s home than a hotel. The breakfast options were delicious and very high quality. The bread and pastries were some of the best I’ve tasted. I also loved the ‘keyless’ entry system.

The toilet was enclosed by glass and the only way to have privacy from the bedroom was to conceal the glass wall by opening the bathroom door. I feel some frosting on the wall facing into the bedroom would solve this minor problem.

It’s beautiful inside and out. Love the whole concept of minimal staff - felt like we had a huge villa, we used the facilities to prepare lunch on a couple of occasions. Guests are able to use large own fridge/freezer etc. Gorgeous saltwater pool. Thoughtful touches throughout - welcome macarons in the room, water machine downstairs to refill provided bottles, beach towels included. Immaculately clean and very stylish indeed.

Location is a tiny bit odd/out of the way but easily walkable into town. Not a negative for us but the only meal available is breakfast.

Modern, elegant and discrete. Great location, 10 minutes easy walk to the village Foz, and a good base from where you can explore the spectacular coast line incl Playa De Las Catedrales (a must-see). The room had water views and a large balcony. Very comfortable bed, everything very clean. Staff very helpful - they went above and beyond. Excellent breakfast served in a spacious common room with swimming pool views.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a unique location, close to the amazing Catadrais Beach. The breakfast was delicious, with pastries prepared fresh on the spot, and very tasty. The staff were very attentive; we had an issue with one of the rooms, which was resolved to our satisfaction. Good communication on Whatsapp prior our arrival.

The location may not be ideal for everyone, as it is somewhat isolated. However, for us, being close to Catadrais Beach was perfect. Entrance to hotel requires to go up a few stairs.

The room was lovely with view over estuary. This is a marvellous and very comfortable hotel, great showers etc., but it was unstaffed until we met the wonderful woman who gave us a delicious breakfast. Slightly spooky but definitely worth it. Our host (at breakfast) gave us many good tips for rest of our trip and couldn’t be more helpful.

Absence of any other human beings and surprising location.

Splendid location, one of a kind setting on the water, very peaceful, and only a 10min walk to the centre. A modern hotel with elegant design and interiors. Breakfast was a delightful selection, (best granola I’ve ever had). Toiletries are organic, with a gorgeous smell.

Our room was functional but lacked a little space. This hotel works on a self-check in basis depending on time and day, so just be aware of this fact, for us it was no issue. The host always answered our phone calls.

Beautiful small hotel in a peaceful location. Great terrace from the room. Delightful organic soap and shampoo. Good Breakfast and nice restaurants within 30min walking radius

The team was friendly but could be a bit more proactive at times... a plant was blocking the hotel entrance for a while, leaves were all over the reception area, towels were taken away but not replaced, etc.

Absolutely beautiful. Bed was comfy. Very clean. Loved the bath tub with a view of the pool and sea. Breakfast was fantastic, even had soy milk.

Would be nice to be able to buy wine and snacks for the afternoon to enjoy by the pool etc.. a dinner service would also be good so we don’t have to leave the hotel for anything as it’s so nice there.

A new modern beautiful boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated spacious rooms with high ceilings and meticulous attention to small details (like a plate of macaroons in our room upon arrival). Our room looked out on the water - a beautiful view. Loved having a swimming pool. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Manuel M. We stayed for 1 week with our 6 months old baby, and absolutely loved it! The hotel is very beautiful and very calm, located only 5-10 min walking to the town where you find a lot of great restaurants. The hotel was the perfect place for our family vacation, and they have everything you need for making the stay with a baby easy (cot, chair etc.). The best of it all is with no doubt the amazing staff and the service provided. We are already planning our stay next year!
