The hotel allowed us to park our motorbike securely in the front garden which was gated and locked at night time for a small cost. This is a great value hotel which at first glance does seem a little dated inside, but it was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. We arrived a little early & so were given the option to upgrade at a small cost to a fabulous, big room with a fab view of the estuary and the pool at the back of the hotel! The location was good and just a 10 - 15 min walk to the town. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that. The lady on reception was really friendly and so was the owner as they waved us off the next day through the front window! Really good value for money and would recommend. It is right next to a Parador where we stayed last year, but I would definitely stay at the E-Hotel again at the fraction of the cost.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was easy to find. The staff were friendly and informative and the room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Hotel EO is ideally located a quick 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There are great views out of the main reception area at the back of the estuary and mountains on the opposite side.

No parking on site nor drive to offload from and it is at the top of the hill, so parking downhill (away from the centre where there was availability) made bringing luggage up with 2 kids a bit more difficult.

The hotel is a 3 star but they did everything extremely well, staff very polite and helpful, parking around the hotel is easy to find, rooms very spacious, location just 5 minutes walking to the center, overall great choice

Hotel need some renovation

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was serviced daily and lovely and clean.

Breakfast facilities/options were very basic for the price so we walked into town to use a cafe instead. Also, it would have been nice to have streaming options in the tv as it was just basic channels.

Excellent location - just outside of the main square and restaurant area in a quiet location. Excellent English (bi.-lingual) reception staff prides good help on local facilities. Outdoor area and pool would be excellent in better weather.

Everything location staff value for money, dropped wallet in lift and the owner returned it immediately and nothing was too much trouble was allowed to bike in owners front garden and secured it.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Great location - close to the centre and harbour. Comfortable and super clean - a great nights sleep.

Would have loved a kettle in the room but that’s just a nice to have!

The hotel is well placed for the town, everything is within easy walking distance. The view is exceptional. The room was a good size. The bed comfortable.

Parking was fully booked and on street parking was difficult.

Unusual building by the riverfront.. well decorated with wood furnishings and interesting pictures.

Steep stairs to access and long walk to the train station.
