We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mimi with Bernard and Priscilla. They both were such great hosts, they cooked great food and welcomed us so warmly after a few busy days in Seville and Cordoba. Priscilla made a special pasta sauce with local ingredients for our 12 year old son, who is a picky eater! Staying in Casa Mimi is like being on a retreat, so peaceful, off the beaten track and a great place to relax and soak in their new swimming pool!

A very picturesque location. Friendly and easy-going hosts, doing their own thing in a unique way. Clean and well equipped, comfortable beds and utilities. Would like to have stayed a bit longer. Breakfast and dinner are worth the extra charge.

Perfect place for a country retreat with stunning mountai views. Our triple room was spacious with big bathroom and really comfortable bed. The starry night sky was out of this world and we wished we had brought our little telescope. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful and cooked us a delicicious three course dinner on both of the nights of our stay at Casa Mimi. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We will definitely return to this gem in the Sierra!

We got a little lost finding the property in the dark but Ben jumped in his car and came to the rescue. We would have liked coffee/tea making facility in our room but that was the only thing missing for us.

Dinner was excellent. Priscillia and Ben went out of their way to accommodate us. Very nice folks. Be sure to read the directions to their home that they provide and you will not be disappointed. Apple Maps doesn’t quite do the trick.

We have stayed here before as well. Super place with amazing views and very friendly hosts! It's like a hidden oasis.If you want to relax, discover nature or just have a nice evening, this is a great place to go. A very comfortable and stylish apartment.

Only 2 thing:s would be great at least a mini fridge in the room/apartment. We were offered and could use the "big fridge" in the main kitchen, which is definitely a help, but in the summer it would be more convenient to have a fridge in the room for a bottle of water or beer...Wifi quality was quite poor in the room - it could be a temporary problem, last year we had no problem with wifi.

The lovely and spacious room, the location (in a valley overlooking the village), how cosy the whole place was, how welcoming the hosts were. They also served us food that was amazing, one of the best meals we had in Spain!

Everything was perfect!

Ben and Priscille are the hosts with the most! If you want to get away from it all, come to this very tranquil setting with fantastic views of the mountains and night sky. However, you are only roughly 30 minutes from Almeria, 1.5 hours from Granada and 15 minutes from Tabernas & Fort Bravo. You can be treated to Priscille's excellent cooking too!

Fabulous views down the valley from this converted traditional rural house. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and very efficient air con. The evening meal and breakfast (both optional) are good value and can be taken on the terrace overlooking the valley. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and appear to speak several languages including English.

Not really a problem, but the road to the house is quite rough and requires a very slow approach over the last 1/2 mile.

Fantastic and peaceful location. The Casa Mimi itself is beautiful, with attention to detail. Rooms are spacious, stylish and very clean. We would have loved to stay longer.

If you like a quiet and remote accomodation, Casa Mimi is perfect. To watch the milky way at night was just gorgeous! To reach Casa Mimi, however, you must not be afraid of dirt and unpaved roads; it's a rather bumpy ride to get there :-) Very nice hosts, excellent breakfast and dinner!
