Friendly staff. Reasonably priced bar/cafeteria with complimentary tapas located on site. Underground parking available at €10 per day. Clean & comfortable room & good value for money.

Bathroom was a bit dated with shower hose rather than fixed.

Parking space is very narrow and difficult to park. The digital key didn't work last night. Despite staff efforts, they could not fix it. It took some time to open the door while I was in the hurry

Both the bedroom and bathroom were very large, with a very comfortable double bed. Plus a beautiful balcony Lots of shelf and closet space, a good desk, a safe and very strong WIFI On the ground floor, there's a very convenient cafeteria. - I had most of my breakfast and evening snacks there. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location is great - right near the Poniente beach and just a short walk to the city centre. All at a very reasonable price.

Good location of you are visiting the museum but further from the historic part of town. The reception was very helpful.

The room and bathroom are a bit old and outdated.

Clean and tidy hotel with very helpful staff. The location is a bit out of the old town centre and there is nothing to do around, but not far of a walk to places.

Good, clean, simple room with a balcony. Very quiet area. Good reception, speaking English. Simple check-in. 15 min walk to the city center.

Residential neighbourhood with nothing special around.

The hotel is overall great, comfortable and with a spacious bedroom and bathroom, an elevator and nice staff.

unfortunately there was a lot of noise in the corridors during the night that woke us up, not sure if we were unlucky or if it’s always the case. The breakfast at the cafe is overpriced.

Staff were very friendly, Reserved parking OK, tight entry but staff person guided us at the entrance. Room was basic, however served our short term needs, over two days (get what you pay for). Very clean. Location required a short walk into town or along the sea-side which was pleasant.

No air conditioning which made it uncomfortable especially at this time of the year and the fact we were on the road side of the hotel... we could not leave window/door open for the noise.

It is a busy hotel near the waterfront. The cafe attached to the hotel is good and opens early in the morning. All of the staff seemed happy and willing to help. The simple balcony is a great touch.

Having arranged to park our motorcycles over the two days we were there, it was disappointing to be told it was impossible when we arrived. Then an older gentleman got involved and smoothed everything over. It would have been a problem we just didn't need if it hadn't been for the kind gent getting involved.
