The location was perfect — right in the middle of the old town and surrounded by authentic shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The shower gel smelled lovely, the beds were very comfortable, and the sofa in the living room was ideal for lounging. The air conditioning was essential in the heat, and the lift for heavy suitcases was a great bonus! The apartment was the perfect size for two adults and two teenagers. I would highly recommend it for sightseeing in Girona.

We arrived late for check-in and found the distance from the apartment to the check-in office to collect the keys a little far. Luckily, our taxi driver helped us with this, but it could be difficult for a family arriving in the middle of the night who might not expect the extra walk to get the keys.

Well appointed. Spotless. Quiet. Spacious. Nice complementary coffee. Washer and dryer. Great value. Super easy to walk to everything we needed to in town. Steps to bakery. An easy walk to the cathedral, river and to walk the city walls. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. The second bedroom upstairs (with twin beds) is open to the living room. There is a sliding door but gaps above the dresser and an area that doesn't close off. It wasn't a problem at all for us, but if you have young kids and plan to spend time in the living area after the kids go to bed, that could pose a noise issue.

Having to visit a different hotel to pick up the keys was a bit of a pain. But the hotel wasn't far away. We arrived by train around 11am and the reception lady was lovely and said she'd ask the cleaners to clean our apartment first so we could check-in. She told us it would be ready by 3pm. So we left our bags (easy and the hotel was very willing to do that) and went out for some sightseeing. We came back around 3pm to find a guy at the hotel reception desk who very clearly told us that check-in was at 4pm and there was absolutely no way we could get the keys early. That would have been fine if we hadn't been told earlier that the apartment would be ready at 3pm. We waited around for an hour, which could have been time more usefully used.

Brilliant location, right in the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. Apartment was amazing, had everything you could think of. Kitchen v well equipped for self catering. Lots of space. Good TV options. 3 double bedrooms, well spaced out with 2 bathrooms. We were 3 people but could easily accommodate 6.

Nothing, apartment was great. Only issue was with Booking.com where the free taxi that was part of the booking couldn’t be updated online to the correct pickup time despite contacting both them and the taxi co. Ended up costing another €40!!

I stayed in Girona and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city, surrounded by the atmosphere that makes Girona so special. Everything was within walking distance—cafés, restaurants, shops, and the sights. The apartment itself felt like a 5-star hotel: modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It made the whole trip even better.

The apartment was far bigger than I expected — there was a ton of space. It's location was terrific, right in the heart of the old town. Fantastic. The balcony at the back of the apartment, and the view over the Placa del Vi were very cool. Although we were in the heart of Girona, the apartment was very quiet.

The kitchen could have been a little better provided with pots, pans and the tools needed if one were to really use the apartment as a self-catered location. It felt a bit thin on that kind of stuff. Also, one or two things like cleanliness could have been better — under the beds was pretty dusty and there was some rubbish left by previous visitors. The bathroom plugs did not let shower water flow away very easily at first; one of my party had to clean one of these out before using the shower. Sometimes there was a smell from the restaurants on the ground floor coming into the apartment; not much you can do about that I guess, but just something to note for potential future visitors.

We fell in love with Girona and the Plaça Del Vi was the ultimate stay! Beautiful building in a perfect location to explore the old town. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable (best bed we’ve slept in!!) Great light and amenities (love the shopping basket for the market!)

The toilet is inside the shower area, which isn’t bad, just a little awkward for groups…

The location of the apartments is fantastic for exploring the Old Town of Girona. The apartment itself was very clean, with a well-outfitted kitchen and comfortable furnishings in all spaces. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit--and that there was an elevator. The neighborhood was lively, but there was no noise at night. We found tons of great restaurants and bars within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment, and markets were also close by, including a great gourmet shop, Món Gourmet Girona, selling local cheeses, wine, and charcuterie.

We had a little trouble figuring out the washing machine, so some streamlined instructions would have been helpful.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely done. It had all the required amenities and was very clean. We loved the layout and also the exercise bicycle upstairs. Very cool! Also, it's super close to pretty much everything.

The bathroom setup was a bit strange. I've never seen a toilet seat INSIDE a shower within an enclosed area. And even stranger was that there was no toilet paper holder anywhere near the toilet seat. Both bathrooms were designed like this.

Excellent location, loads of space, comfy beds, easy check-in, responsive staff. We had the best stay here and all loved the apartment, so pleased we stayed here

Just very tiny niggles but the shower up stairs has to be handheld as it’s broken. Also I would take flip flops as the showers are in the toilets so floor gets very wet

Accommodation was very very good. Location was perfect.

What we didn't like is that we had to pay a deposit and sign a huge inventory of the place without actual inspection and all this for a one night stay. We rented the place to sleep not to spend hours to check everything in the apartment. In our case of course all went well and received the deposit back but i am wondering what happens when they make a claim to the customer as it will be your word against the cleaners that might have not noticed an issue and someone else will be called to pay for it. Aside from this stress the rest was perfect.
