Being on a motorcycle trip, sometimes you take any port in a storm, as it were. We chose El Camino as it was in a convenient spot for our group to meet up that evening. When we found the Hotel, we were all impressed with its location, the tranquility, the value for money, but most af all the host, he's a top chap, was very helpful and great fun. The evening dinner was basic but good, the restaurant was clean and comfortable and the rooms were great. Just a note to other bikers, there is no garage, but the parking is ample and as the Hotel is off the beaten track, we had no concerns.

The breakfast was very basic with only toast, ham, cheese and jams, with coffee of course, but for the overall price this is not really a criticism, its more of an observation.

The location was idyllic, very tranquil and just what we needed. The hotel was stunning, beautifully renovated. The owner was helpful and was happy to allow our dog in the restaurant. The food was outstanding with a great menu with lots to choose from. Our stay was only for 1 night whilst travelling, but would definitely return for a few nights in the future. Overall, excellent value for money.

There was nothing I can say we didn't like, the only criticism was the shower cubicle was too small.

This property is a hidden gem. beautiful courtyard with nature surrounding the hotel. The staff were very Spanish but very friendly and helpful especially the young man on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The bar and restaurant facilities were excellent considering it was out of season and very quite, and the prices very reasonable. We used it for a stop over on our way to Alicante and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Stylish, relaxed and creative environment. Lovely bed, bedroom and room. Friendly, warm and committed staff team who really couldn't do enough for their guests.

Tricky to find. For some unknown reason, the address wasnt registered within satnav / google maps. That said, once I called the hotel and explained I was lost, the owner immediately jumped in his car and came to find me which was very kind - particularly given it was past 11pm yet seemingly no problem at all for him.

Lovely peaceful setting in the countryside. The room was very comfortable & nicely decorated. Lovely evening meal especially enjoyed the calamari & scallops. Staff very helpful & friendly.

No tea & coffee facility in rooms. Our room smells as if someone had been smoking In there, I would suggest putting a scented diffuser in room.

The Hotel is close to the A-23 easy access, the Breakfast was great, nice bread, Ham & Cheese, good coffee. the staff were very obliging. the hotel is Dog friendly so it is great for an overnight stay, it is in the country so plenty of places to walk the dog. we also had an evening meal which was good also.

It would be nice to be able to eat earlier as the restaurant only opens at 8.30. we did pr-order early to eat as soon as it opened, which was good.

Clean renovated rooms, comfy beds and pillows, friendly helpful staff, nice dinner in dining room, on-site parking. Interesting history of the property - built over/around a flour mill from 1529 - some equipment on show near reception.

A little noisy for light sleepers until about midnight (muffled noise from dining room and room doors closing etc) but not loud.

The property is in a tranquil location which although rural, is on the periphery of a small town and is close enough to road links.

Converted mill property well done however a lift would have been useful as carrying luggage up and down stairs isn’t ideal in later years.

The restaurant used to be a lot better. Maybe just a bad day. It was fine but not great

the staff member Antonio was extremely helpful and assisted us in every way he could, including assisting us carry our many bags and baby cart up the stairs to our reserved room. Very helpful man and so nice.

All the drains in the bathroom of the room we were in had drainage problems, so the water did not drain from the drain and so caused a flood in the bathroom from the shower and small sink drains.
