Nice pool area and very close to beach. It is away from main city centres which suited us fine as travelling by car. We had unit with kitchenette (note BYO cleaning stuff if you don’t order it). Has a shop where you can buy supplies for self catering. Easy parking. It is kind of like a big family oriented camping ground/resort- I think we went in middle of holidays so quite a few families singing/dancing at pool.

Minor only - water pressure in shower quite weak.

Bungalow was perfect for a family, swimming pool was awesome even though in August gets slightly crowded.

I cannot believe no one will pick up the phone when you call after you have paid your reservation. Some information IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE! so when customers with a reservation call it is for a reason and it is extremely infuriating to be stuck with a voice menu. You need to do better! I almost cancelled because of that. Also...You need some limited time reservation system with sun beds by the pool. People leaving a towel all day is ridiculous. Your staff is trying their best to remove towels left unattended after one hour but I witnessed some very tense arguments that ruin the mood for everyone, specially when the people holding sun beds with a towel return and assume other guests removed their towel and not the staff. It cannot be that hard to find a better way

Contact by telephone not possible. Automatic voice answering service no doubt OK for standard questions (for which you'd probably find the answer on their website), but any questions you don't find you just get the automatic answer "I don't understand your question".

Great location, good breakfast and dinner options, and a nice takeaway pizza place. Swimming pool, also next to the beach. Great choice for spending an extended weekend with your kids

We had a bad smell in the house. I really hope it's not all across the resort, but we were not lucky with a specific house.

Everything in Alannia Els Prats was wonderful, from the facilities, animators, night security and all reception staff especially Laia. :-) We will definitely come back here!

The water in the swimming pool was cold. In comparison to other camping sites, the price here is more expensive.

Nice villas, territory, restaurant, beach. The lids really enjoyed the mini club and the pools. Great value for money. Would go again!

The mini club was closed 13:00-16:00. These are the hottest hours, when is not good for the kids to be outside. Would be great to have the mini club open during lunch hours. Otherwise, all great!

To be honest i didn't expect this resort to be this good. So when i came i was do surprised. Its like a small city with everything you need at place. There is a lot of accommodation with different sizes, prices and quality. So everyone will find something suitable for him. The whole resort is very well maintained, the paths, the plants, and especially at night the lighting. There is a pool, mini golf and other ways to do something nice. Big restaurant is the kind to pay once and eat whatever amount of food you want. The food is good. The second restaurant is smaller and its a la carte way. I only ate desserts and they were so so. But the view on sea is great. The staff is very helpful and kind. There is no problem to park your car. There's also the store with everything one may need. From grocery to chemical things like shower feels and shampoos and from grill things to the drinks. The longest time to walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes. The shorter time is 5 seconds as you basically live on the beach in some cases. You can spend all your time inside the resort without going out of you want to.

Though it was rather large facility, which I normally do not prefer, everything went smoothly, well organised, staff super friendly, professional and helpful. The bungalows are nice, well equipped and provide even kind of privacy.

Beautiful campsite with very friendly staff! We have already decided that this will be the campsite we will return to more often. They also have a laundry room with washing machines and it doesn't matter where you are on the campsite, as you can get to the beach in no time.

Well appointed apartment. Very comfortable bed.

Lacked few basic essentials for short stay eg washing and drying dishes. . Basic hand soap toilet.
