We absolutely loved the hotel. It´s an absolute gem, with a special ambience, history, all the beautiful details, mosaic floors, the soft jazz music playing in the background, the gardens, the thermal spa. The size of rooms and the view. The staff. It is the most perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and beach and a haven of rest and recharge. Loved seeing all the doggies around - gives a different atmosphere. I will be back every time I need a break form busy Barcelona to recharge. Can I just please say thanks to all the staff, who run this place!

The only thing I didn´t like is how expensive it is to eat at the hotel, but we managed through supermarket or other restaurants in the town, which are also not very cheap. If you don´t have a car you are a bit stuck ans taxi is expensive. Also my daughter thought it was boring, so this isn´t a place for teens or young people to party. More for a mature kind of audience who seek peace, quiet, rest and wonderful surroundings.

It was a pleasure and leisure stay for the 3 of us, the garden is the highlight of the place, we had good sleep, nice big rooms, I've tried the Spa and had to say it was good, nice breakfast but expensive (€30/person) we ended up having only the first morning. We will definitely go back when our daughter is bigger so we can all enjoy the Spa

The place can have some renovation , still we understand that a big garden and a lot of areas require big funds. This is not a major thing to avoid the hotel, I've read about the renovation needs in the reviews and almost put me off;still I've been recommended this place and we don't regret staying there.

Friendly staf at reception, upgraded our family room to a suite. Very nice. swimming pool, very nice staff, great breakfast!

Bit inflexibel in terms of dining facilities. The room service menu cannot be served in the restaurant. The dining card is quite fancy but if you just want a burger or steak you are basically sent to your room. Similarly, the snacks cannot be served on the terrace of the cafetaria, only inside. More flexibility here will definitily boost revenues.

This place is fabulous. Ignore some of the reviews. It feels like an old Hollywood hotel and has old fashioned wardrobes and bathrooms but is immaculately clean and a very beautiful old dame. Beds really comfortable. Staff lovely. Gardens amazing and incredible price for this gorgeous building.

The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The evening meal was exceptional and the service was excellent. The garden is ideal to take a stroll with lovely water features. The hotel is convenient for Reus airport as only a 20 minute drive away.

Unfortunately they don't start serving breakfast until 8am so we had to give it a miss as we would have missed our flight..

The garden and the outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and I was glad that they had a couple of gluten free options as well

I think the room should get an update. The AC made some noise. The mini bar wasn't cold. There were no free sockets to plug in my phone & laptop. I had to unplug the bedlamp as a temporary fix. Better sound proofing would have been nice as well

We have stayed here several times before and the rooms are very clean and comfortable the staff helpful, polite and efficient.

On previous visits we have had the menu in the restaurant which is satisfactory and good value. However the last two visits we had an open buffet which was of a very low standard with no other choice. I also feel that the breakfast has not been as good as before. It’s a shame because I feel it let’s the hotel down.

I loved this hotel everything went extremely well, the staff, the rooms very spacious, the hotel have a beautiful garden with an spa, the parking is very ample plenty space for you to park, i love everything on this hotel i will for sure come back.

Amazingly equipped hotel. It had everything you could ask for. The outdoor swimming pool surrounded by well manicured gardens were a highlight of ours.

It was a bit awkward to get from the town to the hotel at night. But not a problem in the grand scheme of things!

Setting and staff were great

Buffett was €40per person whuch was expensive.We paid it though as we thought it would be good. Food was ok nkt great varity but worse thing it was not hot at best Warm some was cold. I would definarely go back but pop out into town for food next time. I will recommend the hotel.
