It was very cold at the main space at night. up stairs was very warm but in the bedrooms down stairs it was not warm enough, and took a long time to be ok with very warm clothes. I didn't know until i did the reservation that the breakfast only stars at 8:30 (not relevant if you go for Ski early), that there is no dinners at the hotel (just small menu for room service) at Monday and Tuesday, that you are not aloud to bring food from the outside (although there is a kitchen there for cooking) and that you need do reserve the using of the spa in advance for 20 euros for 45 minutes (30 for an hour). When we came the heat of the seeming pool didn't work so we got a discount.

We stayed here after walking the Siete Picos Trail and loved it. I plan to bring friends here again and will be recommending it to others. I would really recommend getting the dinner & breakfast deal, the buffet breakfast was perfect- with eggs of our choice, lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, meat, juices & pastries. The dinner was fantastic. The views from the lake facing rooms are amazing. The staff were lovely. In winter it was quiet so we had the spa all to ourselves. You need to ask for the sauna to be turned on This place had so many lovely attentions to detail, it felt really luxurious but is very reasonably priced.

We came by foot from the bus stop, and the booking.com address took us to the wrong location on the highway. So ask for directions if you are coming by foot to avoid the highway. There is a shortcut from town/the bus stop. The staff quickly sent us instructions when we got lost :)

The terrace and the views are exceptional. The room was big, clean, and comfortable.

The spa is an extra charge of €20 per person. It is not worth paying that much for a small inside pool with two water jets. Additionally, the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

I loved the view from the Junior suite. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. I did also like the bed. Very comfortable and spacious.

The toilet. Quite small and the shower was very poor, Definitely not worth the price

Breakfast included very bad. There wasn't enough amount of food for everybody. Only one person attending. There wasn't scramble eggs.

The cabins we've rented, so small yet so smartly organised! 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and small living room , simply gorgeous.

No ashtrays outside the cabins, I did smoke outside as its forbidden inside.

Staff were so helpful and good first class

Disappointed with quality of room but we understand renovations are ongoing

Habitaciones amplias con vistas y limpias. Restaurante con carta de calidad. Amplia terraza con bar. Piscina.

The staff was excellent, service was wonderful.
