We received a very warm welcome from the bar staff and our check in was easy and efficient. The car park was large and accessible. Our room was excellent with beautiful views towards the mountains. The bathroom was well appointed with constant hot water. We had our evening meal in the dining room; this was warm and inviting with a large open log fire. The choice of food was really good and we really enjoyed our meal. We also had breakfast which was served in the bar; this was very good too. We don't have much Spanish language but we managed to communicate with everyone there. The hotel is a very attractive building and inside the multi height atrium displays some superb wood work - definitely worth looking at!

Room was spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom came with really great smelling hand wash and shower gel. Also, they were pet friendly. Was a great one-night-stay for the price we paid. They offer lemon water at the lobby, free for grabs.

Was a bit hot, no A/C, we had to open the windows to let air in, especially to get rid of a musty smell in the room. The smell went away fast with the open windows. The bathroom had some left over garbage from previous guests tucked in a corner... they missed that spot. The TV was pretty small but we weren't there to watch TV anyways.

Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable room with balcony and beautiful view. The hotel is very spacious with many areas to choose to go when you look for privacy and quietness, if you do not which to stay in your room all the time. There is a grass area to sunbathe away from the swimming pool area if, again you look for quietness or you have a pet that is not allowed in the swimming pool area. The pool was very clean, not suitable for children or adults that can't swim, though! There's a cafe and restaurant with nice food available and a refreshments machine. The view to the mountains is astonishing. You can enjoy the beauty and the calm of the nature. The place is at a walking distance from the centre of the village where you can find many places to eat and small shops. I found the people in the village very friendly and welcome. Is easy to park on the premises and plenty space.

The hotel was a bit short of staff, they seem a bit stressed during the hours of serving breakfast and lunch and not able to attend the reception on those hours as they were covering the meals room.

Check in was very long, needed so much id, and mix up regarding payment, as I thought it was paid for online when I booked it, took us off route on our way to santander, but was comfortable and dog friendly, bit of a language barrier, but we got there, we were both exhausted, after travelling from Mazzaron

The greeting we received on arrival was really good. With my very poor Spanish and the host's English we managed to have a useful conversation. The room was large and airy; it had a balcony with views to the mountains. We had dinner in the dining room; the food was excellent as was the service. The breakfast was good too.

Very friendly and nice stuff. We loved our dinner in the restaurant. Everything was sooo tasteful and super professional service. Hotel is cozy and warm.

We could hear everyone walking in the corridor, and it was very loud in neighbor rooms when stuff was cleaning the rooms (in between 9:00-10:00).

Comfortable, traditional style hotel on outskirts of village. Good restaurant and bar with quiet lounges. Good size swimming pool with sunbeds, showers and changing rooms. There's a tennis court and woodland walks, so really good facilities. The staff were very friendly, although most spoke little or no English,(why should they?) but we got by OK Very enjoyable but too short a stay.

There was little to fault. A children's party was in full swing which put the staff under pressure but they coped pretty well. Our room was on the front with a bit of traffic noise but not enough to keep us awake

Everything...what an amazing setting...the staff were fantastic especially the young lad on the reception he spoke fantastic English and it was nice to see a friendly face after a tense day... he's a real credit to the place...I even left my car keys on the table in reception, anyone could have taken my car belongings everything but he kept them safe for me...real nice place fantastic breakfast choice would definitely stay again for sure...best place ive stayed so far by miles and ive paid more than double in previous hotels that I've stayed in which werent a patch on this place 10 out of 10

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast and lunch are fantastic and very affordable. Outside the hotel you have beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms are standard but clean and comfortable.

beautiful location and grounds. lovely staff and very helpful. the most amazing bathroom that as a disabled lady I did appreciate. the room was for disabled people,extremely good value for the money for the very large size family room .and beautiful breakfast and on top it was including in the price. amazedly impressive. what and amazing place. I would love to go for a proper long holiday.

the only thing I could say negative is that the lift was to small for my electric scooter.
