Super clean and spacious room. Minimalistic decoration with all that you need. Perfect room to relax and chill because it was quiet. I especially liked the shower and bathroom facilities. Very clean, tidy and peaceful. We were lucky because we booked this room the same day we were looking for one, and at a bargain price.

We did not know where to park our car. We ended up parking in an area right next to the hotel as we thought it catered for its residents and hotel staff informed us that it would be okay there and they did not think we would need to pay. The next morning, we were met with a huge parking fee, which was not what we had expected nor hoped would happen.

Very clean hotel, the bed was really comfortable, the room had a big open shower. The breakfast was basic (tortilla patatas, bacon, cheese, ham, fruits, pastries , cereal, juice and milk) but for us for a 2 day stay was enough. Right next door, there was a Carrefour were you could buy things if needed and also in the hotel room there was an empty minibar that you could as a fridge to store food like for sandwiches. The location was perfect, right next to the highway so we didn't need to detour. Next day we went to visit Zoo Madrid and it took us just 20 min by car, but right in front of the hotel there is a train station that also goes to Madrid and could be an alternative. The hotel had a underground garage (extra charge) and we could keep the car there safely.

They cleaned every day and so quickly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The Aircon worked perfectly. I was very happy to stay there.

Getting to this part of the city it's a bit annoying and the breakfast is too expensive for what it is

I liked the location near some small shops and few restaurant. I enjoyed a reasonable price close to Madrid. Internet is working very well it was convenient for both work and movies.

The breakfast is convenient but not excellent. We mainly went out for the breakfast in nearby restaurants and bread shops.

A really lovely stay. Breakfast was superb. Location good for our needs. Trains on hand for the city. Lovely local bars and supermarket.

Would have liked the mini fridge stocked and a kettle in the room, especially as we arrived late and local facilities were closed. But, the supermarket next door was very convenient to cater for our needs during our stay.

Very clean, quiet and good space in the deluxe room. The room also had a fridge.

It was a shame that there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room, it really lets the hotel down.

This is a great place to stay for a few nights. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

This is a quiet hotel in an excellent location for use travelling north / south through Spain. It has a totally tranquil ambience throughout and is exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Everything is quite minimal, in a good way mostly. The breakfast is very adequate but only if you are happy with entirely cold foods, hams, cheeses pastries etc. It is all very well presented and of good quality. Staff are very good, helpful cheerful and efficient. We have stayed here innumerable time over the past 18 years. Secure parking under the hotel is a real bonus for a low fee.

The rooms are really spartan and the internal rooms we have had recently look out onto an internal closed atrium so it can be a little claustrophobic with no view whatsoever. Breakfast juice is poor and very diluted to the point of lacking flavour altogether.

Convenience of position to do day trips to Madrid , Segovia. Staff very helpful and convenient under cover parking
