Location was awesome, just steps from the beach. We had the full boarding service, and the food was diversified and tasty. Clean rooms, good service. Recommended.

The daily activities could be more diversified, engaging and entertaining. Same for the night shows (nothing except the weekend where there was a life band playing)

The food was excellent with a large selection , the hotel and bedroom was spotless, the staff were pleasant and friendly, the location is right next to the beach all in all perfect.

The hotel parking is pricey and probably not necessary out of season as there is free on street parking but it is safe if you don't want dings on your hire car.

Location, food, smiling staff, cleanliness, super comfortable bed & pillows, balcony with sea view. Awesome dinner & breakfast options. Bathroom with high water pressure in rain shower. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely return if visiting Valencia in future.

Nothing as such, however if an electric kettle was provided in the rooms, would have been great.

Fantastic stay! The staff was friendly and professional, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great amenities and a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay again!

Good location of the hotel, very close to the beach. Great array of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner: healthy options, tastefully cooked, nicely presented. Very friendly staff.

A warm jacuzzi rather than the cold one connected to the pool. Proper double bed rather than 2 single beds in the double room.

It is a very new and modern facility. It was very pleasant to stay here as it was out of season. Very good breakfast and plenty of space at the pool. Staff was wonderful.

Personally I would,not like to stay there when it’s high season. I prefer smaller establishments.

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautifull and big, the food is great, and the hotel is located near the beach.

Was Made very welcome by all the staff, very peaceful, everything you wanted for breakfast, the only downside was the breakfast was always cold even though we were always first in the queue.

Probably due to being late in the season but a lot of shops, etc. were closed.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is plentiful, varied and very tasty! The room is lovely with a giant comfy bed , and the bathroom has a fabulous shower. The hotel is situated right on the beach in this beautiful resort. Both my wife and myself were sad to leave and will definitely be back. P.S. Ask for a South facing room if you like sun on your balcony all day.
