Manager was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is simple but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Noise was minimal. Peaceful location, not far from the city centre. Great views from the roof window. Very good value for money.

The only issues were 1) the small shower cubicle but it was quite sufficient, and 2) the place is not the easiest place to find as the local streets are narrow and a bit of a maze. Oh, and mind your head if in the top floor rooms with a roof window.

The bed very confortable, Staff great, shower and facilities: Good. Location: convenient to move towards Riviera Sacra and Trives, Manzaneda for one side, then on the other side to go to Central Ourense.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. But not very far from the center. You can go walking to the Cathedral in 18 minutes. Orense is not a big city. Besides, this neighborhood is on a hill with good views over the city, small and traditional houses are there.

The staff were accommodating with our late arrival and had us checked in quickly. The rooms were clean, relatively quiet.

Not much air flow, we didn't want to open the windows too wide at night as it would let bugs in. No air conditioning

Installed a refrigerator since last visit, nice touch Quiet room Decent views

WiFi slow at times; with annoying buffering delays
