Lovely staff, great location for our visit ! Very nice clean room with street view , aircon worked, shower was clean and great quality , bed was comfy . Nicely decorated and a cafe downstairs . Close to all the parts of town we needed. Disabled friendly with lifts .

A small fridge in the room would have been great , but not a big problem

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would recommend that a small table or wall shelving be in the room as this would help with storing items. I would also suggest that the light switches above the beds be higher as they came on by accident when the pillow hit them. I was staying on the 2nd floor and had luggage I needed to go up two flights of stairs, I think a lift would be useful.

The hotel is simple as one would expect from a one star. The location is perfect, within walking distance of coffee shop, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

It would have been great if they had parking, but I didn't have too much trouble finding street parking nearby.

Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful excellent location for beach, bus, meals, shops and centre of Pilar.Shower nice and hot clean sheets and towels daily as required. Air con perfect, so good for the price paid.

No lift, no fridge in the room even a small mini fridge would be great for keeping eye drops in and water and drinks required during very hot weather.

The hotel was in an Amazing location right in the middle of the the town , room was cleaned every day by house keeping , we had a small terrace which was really nice , the rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was amazing and kept the room nice and cool

The only 2 things I would have changed / preferred in the room itself is an internal lock on the hotel room door just for peace of mind and maybe a mini fridge in the rooms as when we wanted to store drinks they weren’t cold

Clean, simple breakfast facilities, Good size rooms, easy check-in/out,tikitaka sports bar below that stays open late

no kitchenette, no fridge, no ironing facilities, no swimming pool, maid stole my cocaine and ecstacy the fickers but they left our electronics and my fine fine weedle… so u know what they say…every cloud n al that

Everything in this hotel was wonderful, from the exceptionally lovely and very helpful staff. Great value for money. Have stayed in hostal charging same money but they've got a long way to to beat this hotel. Loved our stay and will be back again. Well done to all staff and thank you all

Only thing missing was a bath mat to help getting out of bath/shower. .no big deal but would be geloful

Hotel congra is a perfect stay in the middle of the city centre. Clean. Nice staff. Fine room.

The cleaner woke me up too early in the morning with cleaning of the inside terrace innerspace tiled floor. No hairdryer.

No hairdryer or coffee making facilities in the room as no where to buy one when needed
