Great hotel in a great location easy access to the beach and old town, as well as bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Nice room with comfortable bed. The pool and roof area looked lovely but it was April so a little too cold to use. We checked in during the national power cut and although we didn’t have power in the room for several hours (like most of Spain!) the hotel managed to keep running well, a back up generator kept the communal lights on, one elevator running and the restaurants as everything else was closed this was much appreciated.

The quality of the buffet wasn’t great, but for €15, during a power cut was adequate.

The hotel surpassed my expectations!So clean you can tell by the reception alone,and I was welcomed by a very homey feel room with a touch of old reminiscence with its fixtures,yet it has everything: small fridge,huge wardrobe,a table,corner shelves,a luggage rack ( seldom present in hotels I've been,too).A welcoming night breeze as I opened my terrace.A minute walk and Mar Menor sea in the night where locals and tourists alike enjoying the sea air and slow sound of the waves was the best experience I had! Thanks to the staff: Pedro,Miguel and Carlos are very accommodating.Lo Pagan is a must visit: so many things to do, so many things to see.Foodwise: just yummy! Lots of kiosks here and there,offering you quick refreshments,and delicious Mar Menor fish stew!Locals are friendly,you will feel at home.Back to the hotel: it's convenient to go: mud baths,Santiago de Ribera,La Manga,Murcia airport,San Pedro de Pinatar bus station,and lastly,a surprise again: the hotel offers up to more hours time extension if you want to stay long in the hotel up to 7 pm.That's again seldom seen.

It's not a walking distance to the bus station( 10 minutes more or less by taxi),there's a bus stop right in front which I think is scheduled.

Very near to the beach and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming to us. Enough room to park your car and San Pineto del Pinatar (where the hotel actually is) has nice beaches, small beach bars and lots of restaurants. It is not too crowded, just nice to stay there. Good price quality.

The hotel is a little outdated and you can hear noises from the neighboring rooms very well (like snoring). It depends if you're sensitive to that.

We had a fantastic couple of days in the hotel, to celebrate my birthday. All the staff and owners (family run) were extremely helpful. The position of the hotel is perfect. The beach and sea are Fabulous, shallow for a long way out,no sudden drops by the shore. When we were there ( end of May) very warm and no waves. We will definitely be returning . Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is in a top location, very close to the beach, mar menor, mudding lake, restaurants and shops. We found a car park space very near the hotel, too! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very comfy with quite a big outdoor balcony as well. Will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully, I will come back soon.

The hotel was better than expected staff where amazing location spot on would stay there again and would highly recommend it. Ideal for guests with mobility issues.

There was nothing to dislike apart from the WiFi connection a bit slow.

Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location, less than a minute to beach. Cleaner available every day, but we just asked for every 2nd day. Arranged a late checkout, kept our bags & arranged our taxi to next location.

Due to upcoming renovations, no bar available on site. But plenty in the area.

Great location to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. Parking the car was a little bit of a problem but found a spot down a side street. Great place all-round.

Nothing not to like.

the hotel was easy to find, luckily we were able to park close by on the street. The staff were efficient and very friendly. Our room on the 3rd floor had a lovely view to the sea. The room was very clean, comfortable and room service came in every day. The location was ideal, 2 minutes walk to the beach & a chiringuito for food and drinks. A short walk in either direction there were bars & restaurants, be aware , some were closed on the monday whilst we were there.

Everything was very clean and there was a daily clean and service.

The hot water was only ever tepid which was fine as it was very hot weather and after a swim in the beach which is very close was fine. But I would have liked it hotter for a morning shower when I woke.
