Good location, a short walk to afew nice local bars and a 10 minute walk to "the strip" with everything you could want to eat and drink (mostly uk themed) The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, the staff are welcoming and speak a little English (my Spanish isn't the best but I try). The bed was amazing, the air conditioning was nice and cold in the room. Definitely stay again. Nice location for a short break.

the shower needs to be replaced the base was a four foot high square bath which was very hard to get out of as slipped and fell trying to get out there was no bath matt I reported it and they put a matt in straight away

Simple but comfortable room, the air conditioning was a little noisy and the walls were a little thin as you could hear everyone else talking in other rooms but the rooms are very clean and comfortable ,cleaned every day and you are given fresh towels which is nice.

Noisy air con and thin walls, the breakfast could also could have done with an option of fresh fruit for those that don’t eat cheese and sausage.

The staff very friendly went out of their way to make sure we were OK. Room very modern even Kettle and tea and coffee in room. Excellent value for money. Continental breakfast lots to choose from. Will we be going back. Yes definitely.

We were next to the stairs so heard people going up and down, but it wasn't all night

Clean, comfortable room & hotel. Great shower in our room with a balcony. Lovely staff, they were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast. Not far from the beach & centre of Los Narejos for shops & restaurants. Good value for money, nothing fancy.

a mirror in the room would have been good. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy. Husband got up in the night as he couldn't sleep. Wanted to go outside for a bit of fresh air but was quite concerned to find the front door locked, nobody on reception and not able to get out.

The owner upgraded us to a room with a safe at no extra cost, he was very helpful and made my tea as soon as I went down for breakfast.

I think the bedrooms were fine but it would be helpful if there was another bedside cabinet by the side of the bed, also the main table was very small.

Lovely and clean with a spacious room and en suite shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice. Close to amenities. Staff very friendly and available.

Air con was on when we arrived in the afternoon but not when we came home in the late evening. Appeared to have been turned off remotely. However we both slept well.

Very clean, well-equipped (if a little small) rooms, all staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was very nice with endless tea, coffee and chocolate. Hotel is about a ten minute walk from the tourist strip and fifteen minute walk to the beach.

Great location, spotlessly clean. Plenty of available parking right outside. Staff were very friendly. 10 min walk to “the strip” Basic twin room but nice touch to have tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Quite noisy from the road and quite possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on (or not as the case was)
