I can't rate this hotel high enough, it was absolutely fantastic and we very much enjoyed our short stay. All the staff we met were friendly and professional and treated us like royalty. The hotel was impeccably clean and the room was lovely. We had a sea view with a balcony and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room which quite often isn't the case in Spain. We particularly liked the late check out of 12 noon as it meant we could enjoy it all for a bit longer. Breakfast was nice, good choice and freshly squeezed juice which is a favourite of ours.

Nothing could have been better, exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a prime position for the old town of Los Alcazares with the beach within a few minutes walk. Plenty of good bars and restaurants close by too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice including hot dishes. Our room was larger than we expected and always cleaned daily and to a high standard. Underground car park was a bonus too with a lift straight into the hotel. We will definitely be staying their again. Can highly recommend.

Although there were a good choice of hot dishes for breakfast, they could have been a bit warmer as not very hot!

Staff were very helpful, everywhere was immaculately clean, fridge a bonus as was on site parking. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Beach bar and sunbeds were great as were the staff, we were able to reserve a bed at only €5.00 per person and only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel a stones throwaway from bars and restaurants!

Although the breakfast was great all the "hot" cooked items were actually cold but there was a microwave. I found the bed a little hard but that's just my opinion, my husband found it comfortable. There was a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in our room, a proper cup instead of paper would have been nice as would some milk.

The food , booked half board but couldnt eat yhe evening mesls. Food was Not good very little choice and cold complained to service staff on first night ,we ate late due to our arrival time thpught that vpuld be the isdue so went in fini g room 2nd night earlier food was worse . Hot servers uncovered , no names on food to tell you what you were eating and at 8.30 food was cold , soup was like a boiled stock, following day went into breakfast more varied but hot food was tepid at best , but plenty other cold food available cheeses, fruit, cearals etc. Complained to managed who took the time to listen to oyr concerns and accommodated us in finding a resolution . Refunded food element and we ate out for the next 3 days.

The Staff were excellent. The Manager Maria was very helpful. The receptionist Ellie was lovely and was very pleasant and very customer focused,always had a smile on her face. Hotel was lovely and modern,great breakfast choices, close to the beach and the hotel had a beach bar with sunbeds. Will definitely return again.

It would be nice to see a choice of evening meals in the Hotel and not snack type meals. Overall loved everything!

The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The location was perfect for our requirements. Room was exceptionally clean, disinfected every day. Lovely bathroom with a very powerful shower. Breakfast was varied with a nice selection.

A couple of minor items. There weren't any tissues in the room. Parking charge, underground, we felt was expensive. There was plenty of free parking within 5 min walk.

Good location, close to the sea, center of the city. Breakfast and dinner were satisfactory with several dishes to choose from (good enough for several days of stay). Not busy at all during both breakfast and dinner times. Local Spanish entertainment just in front of the hotel during weekend days. Good views. Quite cheap parking.

Weird thing with deposit. Never seen before. Deposit was returned at the end of the stay. Location was with entertainments during weekends, but those also were annoying during the night. Loud music and a lot of people give a bit of discomfort if you had a busy sightseeing day.

The location is perfect & the night we arrived there was a concert in the town hall plaza. The staff were very friendly especially Linette. We will definitely be back to catch up.

We struggled finding the hotel. If described as behind the town hall we could have found quicker. Then we parked in the wrong place in the car park and came out in the wrong area not the reception. Maybe tell customers to find the parking that is reserved for the hotel and then you come up in the right lift.

Modern , and clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room had kettle and coffee facilities, and Tv had all Spanish channels and some English channels. Dining area was spacious , clean and they offered a good variety of breakfast foods, English cooked breakfast, cereal boxes and continental foods as well as fresh fruit, toasts and juices. Proximity to beach was great, 2 minute walk.

The open foyer/ dining area was positioned beneath the rooms which caused the noise from the evening gatherings /TV to be heard in the room. This made it difficult to sleep if you wanted an early nights sleep. To improve the little benefit touches, it would have been nice if they had provided a few infusion teas to accompany the kettle in the room. Coffee capsules were provided for the nespresso machine.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Atrio, and it proved to be an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Los Alcázares. From the moment we entered the lobby to the final farewell, Hotel Atrio impressed me with its impeccable service, stylish ambiance, and attention to detail. The first thing that struck me was the hotel's modern yet welcoming art/decor. The lobby exuded a sophisticated charm, with its contemporary furnishings, subtle lighting, and tasteful artwork creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
