Great location at the quieter Southern end of Los Alcazares, 2 minutes from the sea, promenade and marina. Extra large bed in nice, clean room with balcony and two partial sea views. Smooth-running electric blinds. Fridge, TV with North Ireland BBC TV. Large walk-in shower. Great breakfast with good choice of prepared fruit, charcuterie, cheeses and pastries in a nice room with a spacious feel. Excellent, helpful staff. Great locals restaurant next door with outside seating (Delfin). Italian pizzeria quite close by.

Everything was good. If I had to nitpick, I would say the shower base was quite slippy, with no grab rail to hold on to. If I kept my socks on it was fine! There is a disused Naval base next door, but it has gardens and is quite scenic and adds to the peaceful feel!

After booking in for breakfast for 6 days, we were fully expecting a "normal " continental breakfast. I would just like to say the breakfast far exceeded out expectations for choice of assorted breakfasts and we didn't have to have the same breakfast on more than one occasion. We didn't manage to get through the assorted choices in our 6 mornings. For those with allergies and other intolerants all needs were provided for. We were very surprised to find out that this hotel was only a 3 star, but were later told that they could only get a 3 star rating as they didn't provide a restaurant for evening meals. The beds were really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble as a kettle was provided upon request. It was close to local amenities.

It wasn't really a case of not liking anything but when visiting in the winter months a pool or heated pool might have been an advantage. Coming from the UK I am sure everyone knows we bring too many clothes and as a result we like to put our things away in a chest of drawers. This was not provided in the room but there was shelves in the wardrobes so not really an issue.

Stayed 4.2.25 to 9.2.25. Superb hotel. Staff were very smart, professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the decor of the hotel, it was clean, light & bright with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The reception area was very welcoming & comfortable & the bar area was nice & relaxing. The rooms were fantastic, well laid out with plenty of space, nicely decorated, a lovely big bathroom that was spotlessly clean and looked brand new. The beds were large & very comfortable, as were the pillows. Had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was excellent, everything was clean & well laid out with a good selection of food. Loved the wide choice of cereals, meats, breads and pastries. The dining room has a lovely feel to it, very light and airy with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The location is great, literally a 2 minute walk around the corner to the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was no milk in the room for tea and coffee and we had to ask for some at reception. On a few occasions the door keys didn't work & we had to go to reception to have them reset. The hotel is not very sound proof and you can hear people quite clearly above, next door & even further afield.

It is a family run hotel, where each member of the family is working non stop covering each other in various jobs. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of cheeses, meats, fruit drinks pastries etc. Everything was continually topped up. You never needed to ask them for more if something ran out because it didn't. They even topped up items with 10 mins to go to the end of the breakfast time. The staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much for them and they would try their best to meet your requirements.

Very happy indeed - stayed here for business, and only for one night, but was very happy! In a great location, literally two minutes walk from the beach & a good range of bars/restaurants within easy reach. Staff very friendly, and a good choice of options provided for breakfast. Decent sized room with a small balcony but very comfortable bed with desk & enjoyed a good nights sleep as in it's a peaceful area. Would happily go back and stay there again...

Not much to comment on here as both myself and my colleague were here only for the one night, so we didn't really have time to experience anything that we didn't like. We'd very happily go back....

Spotlessly clean, 4 minutes walk to bars/restaurants, 1 minute to the beach! The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices.

The room was very good and cleaned every day. The breakfast was plentiful but would have preferred the additional choice of an English breakfast as well. The hotel is a family run business and all of the staff are very helpful and considerate. The hotel is situated approximately 50 yards from the promenade which is certainly a bonus to most families

Only criticism was poor transport. This might be down to the main holiday season had just finished for the year and the council may have cut many of the services. In likelihood of visiting the hotel again I would certainly recommend it, but consider hiring a car.

This was our 4th visit to Hotel Cristina so we knew what to expect. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful, our room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. Our room was in a different part of the hotel to those we have previously stayed in but was equally spacious and comfortable and the breakfast cold buffet offered a comprehensive selection of fresh produce. The hotel is located at the southern end of Los Alcazares, close to the seafront promenade and beach and within easy walking to a variety of bars and restaurants.

The rooms at the side of the hotel and the small balcony overlook what used to be an Army base. Whilst the base is largely unused, it isn't the most attractive of views. We didn't find this of any detriment to our stay but I could understand that some visitors may find the view disappointing.

The quality of the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beach is beautiful and only 3 minutes away from the hotel With a lovely beach café overlooking the sea. The 2 young girls working there were great. There was a good supply of quality restaurants fairly near and the newer part of town offers a wide range of restaurants and cafes.

Would prefer some comfortable seating in the bar area such as armchairs. Maybe keep the bar open until midnight.
