The breakfast was really lovely, fresh fruit/yogurt, cereals/nuts, hot cooked breakfast, continental breakfast, pastries, etc., everything you could possibly want and it was fresh and tasty. The only negative thing is the tea/coffee dispenser seemed to dispense only enough liquid to fill half a cup. Made the mistake of trying to dispense twice into the one cup but it's slightly too much and overflowed, oups. There a lovely, albeit small, pool area with stunning views.

No towels available at the pool, so you had to bring up the towels from the room. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss.

Hotel itself is in a great position at the start of the strip which has loads of restaurants and bars. All a supermarket which was very convenient as we went self catering. Inside the hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and the room we stayed in was absolutely massive. Very large bed and had a balcony that overlooked the strip. Pool on the roof is not the biggest and not that deep but to be fair for the price and location of the hotel a pool is an added bonus considering there were not many around this area. We still loved using the pool to dip in as well as the Jacuzzis that were also on the roof of which can use both and enjoy the amazing view of the sea in the background. There is an option for having breakfast at the hotel but didn't take that opportunity but did smell nice. There was also a gym which looked well equipped with numerous machines to suit all needs. Going back to the room this was well equipped with everything you need (safe, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, comb and the shower was amazing). Air conditioning, fridge and massive TV. All in all it was a great week stay at the hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Not enough pillows. One pillow per person is not enough and we both had to roll up the blanket or a towel. Also the air conditioning is not the best was not cool enough. Lastly the pool area needs help. Very tired and the pool Looked like it needed a clean at the sides. The sun beds some were broken and very uncomfortable. The pool area looks like it does not belong in the rest of this modern hotel

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years, this was the first time we were given a very small double room at the end of the hotel overlooking the main road. I wasn't aware I had booked a different room type this time, usually we have a nice large room at the sides of the hotel. The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by, and only a short walk down to the beach/sea front.

The room was very hot when we first checked in, and took a long time for the air con to kick in and to cool the room down. This very small double room (234) you could hear noise from the stairs, people coming in late at night. Ice machine on the second floor was not working.

A great hotel in a good location . Modern and clean although the bathroom was a bit dated and the shower not too safe regarding the temperature controls . Once worked how to just minutely turn the hot tap could get it regulated so it wasn’t too hot . Also the seal around the shower had some mould starting and it didn’t drain away too quick . This may sound picky but I personally love a good bathroom. There was a small balcony but no chairs to sit on . Overall the room was a good size and clean . The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful The leisure area was on the roof top . Gym had a good selection of equipment but no water or towels available. The pool area was adequate for the time we visited as it wasn’t too busy . Peak season would be packed . Tiny pool . Lots of beds inside and out though .

I had a double room even though I was a solo traveller. The air conditioning was a must as the temperature was over 43 degrees, and I could sleep as it was so quiet. In fact, I found the hotel very quiet at night, which was great. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. I didn't use any other facilities as I was meeting my family who have an apartment and the hotel was within 5 minutes walk to their house.

Did not dislike anything about the hotel

Good hotel, well located, clean, nice staff, nice rooms but room temperature is too hot overnight in winter.

It’s too hot in the rooms in winter. The temperature in the room was 23 degrees Celsius (which is too hot for sleeping) and it’s impossible to get it down. Air con doesn’t work in winter so the only way to cool the room down is by opening the window but then if you’re facing the boulevard, it’s too noisy. They say to put the system on “stand by” mode to turn the heating off but still, the room doesn’t cool down at all.

Wonderful place and staff and absolutely value for money! Room wasn’t super clean when I arrived and the location could be better if you’re up for eating in the better restaurants. Also a bit noisy form the bar street which didn’t bother me but would have if I was on a work travel. But- staff and friendliness make up for all that! I will be back and I recommend this hotel to friends and family. The gym is well equipped and I also had a great massage.

The hotel was really good, staff very helpful, very clean, large bedroom with balcony, great facilities. The area is very flat, so it was good that the hotel provided reasonably priced bike hire. Lovely rooftop solarium. Just 35 mins drive to Murcia airport. Very quiet in the room in spite of overlooking the lively square. Nearest beach 7 mins walk.

The rooftop pool looked great, but it was actually too shallow to swim in, more like a large paddling pool! A couple of chairs on our balcony would have been nice.

We arrived well ahead of check-in time however the staff were very friendly and able to accommodate an early check-in. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable but above all else our bed was a super kingsize, extremely comfortable and even the pillows suited us (I'm very fussy about pillows). The air-con was an absolute necessity and was easily adjustable and there were plug sockets next to the mirror - in my experience, very unusual! There was plenty of wardrobe space too although I did have to ask for extra hangers but these arrived quickly and with a smile.

The roof top pool water was rather murky and looked like it needed a good clean. It may have been the chemicals but either way, it didn't appeal. Also, there were a limited number of sunbeds which the staff allowed to be 'reserved' (guests leaving towels on them whilst they went to breakfast or lunch) - very irritating and rather selfish especially when they weren't being used for some time.
