The lady on the reception was lovely, the spa is small but we had it ourselves so it was great. The pool is peaceful

There were only 2 basic restaurants in the hotel, the others were being updated. The food was absolutely terrible and expensive for what it was. We ended up going outside the hotel to eat all the time. They have even closed the main restaurant so we had to have breakfast in this dingy dark room, it was not good at all. I’d say it’s definitely gone down hill since we last visited. Hopefully it’s due to the changes they are currently making at the hotel and it will get back on track to being the beautiful 5 star hotel as it has previously been.

We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant and were happy we went half board. The indoor and outdoor pools were great and the hotel in general was very nice and spacious. We had a very nice time together in the hotel and the room was spacious and the bed was fantastic. The breakfast options were also great, with large variety.

The air conditioning in the room was bad, the spa cost money to enter which we weren’t aware of and the spa itself wasn’t great, some of the facilities weren’t working. Our room was lovely but we wish we had a jacuzzi bath, also the tv was not connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch Netflix, even though there was a Netflix button on the remote. Also we only received wash care items for one person not two. Other than this everything was great at the hotel

Amazing experience. One of the friendliest staff i have ever encountered, ready to help you and able to go an extra mile to suit your needs. We arrived a day later and everything was taken care. We missed on dinner and they were able to arrange an extra dinner for us, even on the 31st of December. Amazing place, amazing people, totally recommend.

There isn't anything to complain about too much, the place is very nice, people are very nice. I guess the rooms need a bit more sound proofing, especially when you try to catch some extra sleep in the morning.

- We only spent a night in the hotel enroute our drive but we regretted it as this was the best property of our entire stay - The staff was very helpful and offered to keep the swimming pool open till late so we could still go and enjoy the warm pool - The indoor pool was warm and an absolute highligh of the stay. My kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly and I wish we could spend more time in it. My only feedback around the pool was that you should put the pctures of the indoor pool on the hotel's booking.com page as I did not know there as an indoor pool - Safe street parking within the golf town - Restaurant served very good Italian food and wine - Breakfast had eggs to order which is exactly what you expect at a 5 star property

Nothing. Its a shame we could not spend more time in this property. if we travel to Spain again we will definitely spend more time in this property

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for the second time and had an amazing experience. The hotel is nestled on Mar manor and has a beautiful golf course, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind and be active. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and friendly staff everywhere, always going above and beyond to make the stay special. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities. i stayed on 3rd floor this visit with perfect pool view. 1st visit had a dog friendly room on 1st floor. both rooms with spacious terrace. rooms have a shower and lovely bath tub jacuzzi..Spa facilities are incredible. This is a wonderful hotel overral and the staff are the best. they accommodated to all my asks with late checkout and allowing our pet to stay with us in the other areas of the facilities when our flight was delayed post checkout. i will 100% return.

everything was perfect

The room we had was facing the pool and the golf - a must because the view is just gorgeous. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception and the spa was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a variety of food for every taste. Coffee could have been better! Cocktails at the Irish pub were very good especially the Pina Colada. Outside the main entrance, within walking distance, you can also find a lot of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

The location is good, but you do need a car or a bike.

Attractive (Moorish) design, spacious bedroom and bathroom with balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Lovely clubhouse restaurant/bar next to the pool. Good indoor pool and spa facilities. Useful WhatsApp concierge facility.

Unfortunate problem with the hot water in our room (either none or scalding!) - but the plumber attended quickly (on the second asking). Sadly there was maintenance work near our room so the drilling and banging started early - but that won’t be a long-term thing (presumably!).

It was our first time at this hotel, and the welcome was really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the view from our balcony, and the room was very clean and spacious. Having both a whirlpool and a separate shower in the bathroom was an extra luxury. The hotel itself was clean, and the swimming pool was well maintained. I would say that the restaurant and breakfast quality were okay, but the location, staff, and room were excellent.

The breakfast could have been slightly better in terms of fresh products, like croissants straight from the oven, for example.

This hotel really is superb. We had a huge room on the third floor with a large veranda and beautiful view over the pool and golf course. The girl at reception was friendly and efficient. The room was perfect. We opted for full pension tariff. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The swimming pool was huge and spotlessly clean.

I could not fault this hotel. It was perfect. My only complaint was 10 very loud golfers who ruined the ambiance at dinner. The head waiter moved us inside, away from the row. Btw, I’m from Australia, not Hongkong. The morons at Booking.com have a glitch in their system they seem incapable of fixing. 🤪

Beautiful resort and setting. Staff very warm and friendly. Pool area is really nice. Good restaurant options on site and a kids club which our 5 and 8 year olds enjoyed. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. We used the gym which we found to be fine for a.hotel gym.. The bedrooms we had were interconnecting which was ideal and the rooms are beautiful so comfortable and clean. We had gorgeous balconies overlooking the pool area. Room temperature was perfect, beds spacious and so comfy - the bathroom area was really of a high standard.

The pool is amazing but very deep. We couldn't let our kids (5 and 8) swim alone - one of us parents was always in with them - though there is a lifeguard on duty. The service is quite slow at times - particularly the Italian restaurant seemed understaffed.
