Well situated, clean rooms and with a wonderful old-style, historic feel throughout the hotel's interior that's totally in keeping with the village and the wider region.

A minor gripe - the lighting is a bit low in the room, also, there are some strange steps here and there on the first floor. Elderly or poor-sighted people could hurt themselves if they're not completely paying attention. A lovely hotel, though - perfect for what we were looking for.

Location was very good and plenty of parking right outside. The room and communal areas were exceptionally clean. I could also bring my dog which was very welcome! Good value for money.

The only negative was the fact that the walls between rooms are very thin and you could hear the guests next door speaking and snoring at night.

Great location. Perfect breakfast. Good coffee. The hotel is beautiful with traditional wood ceilings, terracotta floors. White sheets. Decent. lighting. Loved it!

The taps in bathroom probably need an upgrade.. In my room the tap had a broken adaptor shower to bath tap. But it was not a real problem.

A lovely rustic family hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. A good coffee for breakfast.

The old guy in the bar could of cracked a smile to make us feel a little welcome. It was a Saturday night and no restaurants were open.

It is simple, but authentic and cosy hotel. I liked the old fashioned atmosphere.

When we arrived, no one was at the reception. We found a sulky old man at the bar, who did not speak English. He gave us the keys to the room. No information was provided to us.

Good place to stay while hiking through on the GR7 trail.

We stayed during low season and the restaurant was closed, and it felt like a ghost town. I think March is just not the best time to visit.

Lovely old-school hotel which felt very in keeping with the beautiful town of Pitres. We arrived after a long hike from Órgiva to warm reception from the staff, a comfortable room with a bath - which was amazing after a long day of walking.

Location to explore de La Taha area. Super clean, old style, but very well maintained hotel. We liked the señor, owner of the hotel because I believe behind his stoic behavior, there hides a kind man!

Charming place, clean and with a great ambience. Lots of character and a great location for seeing the towns of the Alpujarra.

I liked mostly everything. The bar was a classic old place a bit sleepy

We were 3 friends hiking around the area which is beautiful! We had 3 rooms. The rooms were large. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean.
