Fantastic location, beautiful mountain views, comfortable room and excellent customer service. Desiree, the receptionist, was attentive, relaxed, informative and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and at home. I stayed longer than expected because of this and will absolutely return.

If I had to pick something, perhaps a little oil in the door locks as you have to wiggle the keys around until it opens. But this is a very small thing.

lovely room with stunning view and within easy reach of restaurants etc. Air con system worked really well. Booking could not be found when I first went to reception but within a few minutes it was confirmed. Overall, good value for money.

WIFI password did not work. Shower head was not attached to the wall which seemed to be broken. Parking non existent.

A small traditional hotel with bags of character, perfectly located, clean and tidy at a great price. Couldnt have asked for more.

The walls are a little thin, my neighbours were noisey at times, but not to the extent that it affected my stay.

Our second stay at the hotel. As the last stay all was good. The hotel is well located for the centre of Lanjaron. It is good value good clean accommodation and Aircon which is needed in July. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lady on the desk speaks good English which can be useful.

Nothing really to dislike it's clean basic accommodation with Aircon.

Possibility for late check-in with clear communication by kind staff felt very welcoming. Quiet location near main town attractions and bus stop. Fair views from the balcony. Very good price/quality ratio, given this is the cheaper - if not cheapest - option in town.

Motion activated air-conditioning device kept waking us through the night, until we found a way to blind the detector.

Great views from balcony. Very clean room. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower was good and hot. Good value for money and location is perfect. Room heated(or cooled) quickly with the AC/heater. Receptionist friendly and helpful. All in all , exceeded expectations.

If you're Irish or English, you might want to bring a kettle to make your tea in the morning!

Excellent location for the town. The family run hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The room was a good size with modern air con and views from the balcony towards the mountains.

Although everything was spotlessly clean the bathroom was dated.
