Historical traditional Spanish building,well kept .Room was huge with balcony and big bathroom.Bed was very comfortable with crisp clean sheets and in the bathroom towels were very nice and clean (no stains or odors)Surrounding of hotel is well kept and green.

Parking directions (as well as hotel directions)were not provided and gps took us wrong direction.So we just parked in small plaza and walked to hotel.I took pictures of the plaza so people can see where to drive to get to hotel.Also internet was only available in common areas.And this hotel is on a upper part of Trevelez,so all attractions (ham museum,restaurants,) in lower part .Since its a mountainous…you have to take a car to go there..so we felt too isolated.and be aware…Saturday almost everything was closed anyway…

The room was very spacious with good storage. The balcony and patio were spacious with lovely views. The breakfast was excellent with 8 different varieties of fresh fruit. The restaurant was very good. The staff were really helpful. They arranged for someone to deliver an iPad charging cable when I had left mine at a previous hotel and also organised a taxi when we missed the bus.

It was at the top of the village, far from the bus stop and as there was no taxi service it was difficult to find. But a lovely lady in a bar rang the hotel and someone came to collect us.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room and the place in general was spotlessly clean. Great view from the room and the little terrace was also excellent and a welcome addition, as was the pool. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent. Good local menu, well cooked and great service.

Not the easiest place to find or to get a car up to. Don't use the sat nav. They could do with signs at the bottom of the village to help.

We absolutely loved staying at this traditional Spanish hotel within the picturesque white mountain town of Trevélez. Perfect location for our hike. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Warm hospitality with a generous breakfast, clean and comfortable room. We ate at the hotel restaurant and wow our meal was amazing one of our best in Spain. We only stayed one night but could have stayed much longer. Highly recommended.

Located in the town of Trevelez. The location is just perfect if you want to stay away from the noise of city life. The facilities are super clean and sustainable. There is a restaurant that belongs to the same hotel and the food is as organic and fresh. They have their own veggie garden. The view from our room faced the Sierra. Lots of wild birds and serene surroundings. The staff was super amazing,. Breakfast which is served on the hotel's lower floor is super delish and has a variety of local food selections. The pool which faces also the Mountains is super clean and has plenty of recliners for reading or relaxation. We loved this location and its people.

The room was spacious. Having a kettle and some tea and coffee was a super touch. The balcony was nice. The pool area was great! The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. My friend had breakfast there and said it was excellent.

It was a triple room with 3 beds, but two of the beds were very close indeed. Very few electric sockets.

Very nice place. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very good. Nothing failed on the breakfast buffet. The pool is perfekt. We enjoyed very much our stay. We had booked for just one night but prolonged with an extra night.

Just be aware that the streets are very small and that you might park somewhere else if you are not used to the car you are driving (rental car as we did?). We were happy to have only little luggage to carry on the 300m distance.

Super friendly and helpful staff, which handled our medicine perfectly. Room was large, clean and had a balcony with a good view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choice even for a vegan.

Maybe add something to two bedsides so they're properly fixed together, but it wasn't a major issue anyway.

Fantastic room with a beautiful view of the hills from the balcony. The staff were lovely and we were able to leave our bags on the last day whilst we went for a walk.

End of the world place with beautifull views, nice people, good restaurant (the salads!!) and swimmingpool. Such a relaxed, clean place. You have to walk the last 5 minutes or take your car through a very narrow road.
