The wonderful staff (ESPECIALLY the wonderful waitress/Bar tender with the long blond curls and glasses), she was AMAZING 🤩 The room was perfectly basic but the bed was comfy and it had a view up the mountain.

There was nothing l didn’t like about the property, it was great.

We needed an overnight stop whilst driving around Spain and Puerta Nazari suited us really well. The rooms were clean and well equipped and although the place in general shows some signs of wear-and-tear it was a great stay. The bar downstairs was buzzy with very friendly staff and the restaurant looked interesting, although in the end we took the 5/10 minute walk into town for some exceptionally good pizza. Definitely a good option to consider if you're in transit between the coast and Granada.

Breakfast won't be winning any awards, but that was to be expected given the price point.

Location within walking distance to town. My room faced the mountains and was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ample parking and as a solo traveler I felt safe here. Cameras outside on the car park and the local police stop by for coffee. One of the waiters made an amazing ice coffee with frothy milk.

We stayed in the junior suite and were very impressed with the size of the room, the armchairs, and a lovely big bed. We took a bottle of wine from the bar to drink on our sunny balcony overlooking the mountains. This hotel/restaurant is the most lively venue in town, and the best place to eat, at least during April. The staff were excellent, especially the Venezuelan barman.

Nothing. For a small town in Spain in April this hotel exceeded our expectations.

As a package it's hard to fault, just the odd minor vexation.

The breakfast bar isn't warm with the door open to the terrace and Orgiva is cold in the morning. Thoughtless people slamming habitacion doors without thinking of their neighbours, it is not difficult to close a door quietly. I tried to book direct but no one from the hotel replied.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. We found the bed very comfortable. The room itself was very clean. I adored the bedside lamps.

The property is a little old and probably needs some updating but you cannot take away the many pluses, cleanliness and staff are extremely important when away from home.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, in the junior suite. The stay was pleasant, the suite is exactly as in the picture, very comfortable if a bit dated (but still nice). It lacks a mini bar, which we thought would have made it even more comfortable given the heat of the days. The strong point of this hotel is definitely the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the food in the restaurant. In short, it was definitely a positive experience. That is why we recommend the Hotel Puerta Nazari.

The only downside for us was the breakfast: we would have liked more variety (perhaps more options for those who do not eat cold cuts, such as something sweet), because 7 days of bread, tomato and avocado is a bit boring

Room was basic but had everything you needed. Very quiet location with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely, lots of it with something a little different each day. Ate there a couple of nights, can recommend the smoked salmon salad. Parking always available just outside.

Could have done with a chair in the room.

Room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The food offering ( breakfast and evening meal) was typically Spanish ,plentiful and well prepared.

This is an unashamedly Spanish Hotel, I wish my Spanish was better.
