This little hotel is a simple comfortable gem in the heart of the city. Only a few steps from cafés, restaurants and the supermarket. We were bikepacking and the woman running the hotel helped us store our bikes in the basement, which is well equipped with tools, a pump and areas to lock your bikes. The beds are comfortable, good shower, great coffee in the morning. I asked for help getting up the mountain to the Greenway with my bicycle and the woman in charge helped me get a taxi van in the morning. Highly recommend this great value hotel.

The welcome was very friendly and we really liked our room with very comfortable beds and a view of the hills. The bicycle garage in the basement is excellent; clean, spacious and with a set of tools/track pump for a quick tune up. An excellent hotel for cyclists. Just round the corner is the town's main square with a good selection of cafes and restaurants.

No Wifi in the room but great Wifi in the dining room. Had a loft room that had high windows only so no view. Shower head needed changing and shower door not functional as water came into the room

I had booked a room with Mountain View but the room looked out to an apartment block. Room starting to look a little tired.

Location right in the centre of Pola de Lena, which is a very industrial little town, but very handy for the Urbiñas natural park, with lovely walking. The tourist office is very helpful. The hotel itself is unpretentious (a good thing!), comfortable room, though bed a bit bouncy for 2, and the water in the shower and hand basin was verrry slow draining. Otherwise all good - efficient air-con, we had one breakfast which was very good - fresh orange coffee and toasted baguette with olive oil and tomato. Dog was welcome and no extra charge!!! The staff were super friendly and sweet.

The slow draining hand basin and shower were a bit of a nuisance... We found parking pretty easy right outside the hotel, but August is a holiday month and many shops/businesses were closed, so it might be a bit more of an issue at other times...

That was a good stay, clean, comfortable.

There was almoast no staff at time ee stayed there, maybe due to off- season (middle of October), they have also caffe on the spot, but they opened it when we were leaving.

The lady at reception was lovely very helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The bed very comfortable

I was on the 6th floor and the wifi doesnt seem to travel that far.

We interacted with three different staff members and they were all very helpful and friendly. We are traveling by bicycle and the hotel has tools and a bike stand!
