Attentive staff. Excellent facilities. Beautiful view, spacious room, comfortable bed. The visit to the farm was the highlight of the stay. Lots of important information about permaculture. Super equipped kitchen in the room. Silence.

I think there was a bit of information missing upon our arrival. They didn't tell us the number to call reception from our room. There wasn't that information in the room either. We went downstairs, asked, and were told it was number 9, but it didn't work. In the room, I also noticed a lack of information about the heater and air conditioning. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 a.m., even though we were still asleep. They said the pool was heated, but the water was freezing cold. In the pool area, it is impossible to lie down and rest, as there are flies.

Great base for activities in the area; we walked one of their marked up running trails. We had an apartment, 305, and had amazing views of the location and sunset. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, not fancy, but just what we wanted after a long, active day. Breakfast was good too. Gluten free well catered for. There is a laundry on site.

The apartment kitchen was a bit basic. A kettle would be useful. There is no air-conditioning; there are ceiling fans instead. This did not bother us, but may be an issue for some.

Amazing location and the bungalow had everything we needed for a family of 4 with a dog. Comfortable beds, good big towels. Parking right outside your bungalow. Amazing views and great location. We had the best time. The induction hob was a bit slow so it took a while to boil water. The address on Booking takes you to the hotel which is not the place. You need to go to the camping further down the main road.

The heated pool was definitely not warm enough…it needs to be at least 2 degrees warmer. The restaurant dinner was on the expensive side for the quality. A bit heavy overly health with vegetable drink included which was not tasty. The breakfast buffet was much better & not overly expensive.

Beautiful views, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. Lots for kids to do but still a nice place for adults too. Spa is reserved so it's not overcrowded and feels exclusive.

The hob/hot plate didn't work very well in our apartment.

Would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Pillows are terrible and flat.

We stayed at the apartments (the old ones) good central heating, good kitchen with basics to cook, nice location to hike around, pádel and spa/ swiming pool

During low season not all the services are working like restaurant or activities during weekdays

The apartment was very well equipped, very nice and very clean. I liked everything. It was a very comfortable stay. Very nice beds and very quiet apartment. It was excellent. We did not use all the facilities but it had many.

The location of the resort is certainly unbeatable. The inner pool and the spa premises are also very nice. Even the gym, if small, is equipped with everything.

There was nothing I didn't like worth mentioning.

Bungalows are a little dated, could do with a facelift, but overall good value for money for the location in La Cerdanya
