The location was the best. Barely 5-6min walk to the city centre. The staff was good and helpful. They cleaned it daily and provided clean and new towels everyday.

The walls were thin so we could hear noise of television from Neighbours. It was annoying as we had an old man living next door and he put on tv with such high volume. We had to complaint the staff and they made sure to address it to him.

Nice staff, very friendly and busy with cleaning and doing the right thing. I could use a fridge and a micro wave (not my thing but it was there). Parking in the area was near. I could walk to the centre but there are some steps to take. Especially coming back up the hill.

Fair price for a good centred hotel. The beds were a bit poor quality but I could sleep well.

The location is very good, close to the city centre. There is a great view from the balcony, you can see Mount Teide and the ocean. The rooms were cleaned every day. And the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.

Excellent location. Excellent price. Puerto De La Cruz is one of the best cities I have visited on the Canary Islands.

excellent views from the units with balconies. spacious and nicely decorated for the rooms without balconies. staff at the front desk until late at night and were super friendly! yeah place is old but is well kept, clean, and a BARGIN to stay so centrally located.

It's rather old hotel that could use some renovation. However, the rooms are specious and beds comfortable. I had a room with a nice view onto the street facing to the west. Good wifi. It's located on uphill but nothing strenuous. Still very close to the main square.

Arrange check-in in advance as the reception is not always available.

Advantages: - excellent location (close to main bus station and ocean promenade), - cleaned everyday, - balcony with nive view, - safe area, - good wifi, - polite hotel staff.

Disadvantages: - small fridge (for beer or cola) and basic coffee machine for capsules would be very useful.

Basic, no frills hotel located near the main town square and the bus station. Comfortable bed, clean, good pressure shower, hot water, room cleaned daily. Friendly, professional staff. Would return.

Big room and good location. Everything was clean and functional.

Reception is always empty. Had to call when I wanted to check-in. Had to call again for the check-out and I was supposed to just leave the keys at the front desk.

The view out of my window was exceptional (Mt Teide on the left and Atlantic on the right) Marcos at the reception was the best, such a gentleman and a helpful guy!

Quite a hike from the beach to the hotel but that was alright considering everything else and quite thin walls between the rooms.
