we stayed in the superior room and later in the Teide Superior. The only difference being the view and amount of light. The rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. There is a a good sized balcony and a small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. The mattresses were comfortable and the lighting was good . Plenty of sockets everywhere. The location is also good..Near the beaches, walking distance to the main square, supermarket, pharmacy and bus station very close. There are a few eateries nearby and 2hotels you can go to for evening entertainment. Staff very accommodating and professional.

The only fly in the ointment is the way the cleaning is carried out. The cleaning starts at about 8.40 and the noise terrible and goes on for hours. It is not the staff's fault. The corridors are tiled, no carpet - a drum- and the trolleys they push backwards and forwards with laundry etc are deafening. There is no cleaning on a Wednesday which is the only day you can have a lie in. If you plan on getting up before 8.30 that is fine otherwise you will just hear a terrible noise all morning, which is unacceptable when you are on holiday.It is a shame because apart from this we really liked it.

The standard room is almost a whole studio flat, including kitchen and separate rooms for bed and sofa, I loved it. It was my birthday, so I found a bottle of wine on the table as courtesy when I arrived, got me really happy. Everything very spacious. Pleasant balcony view. Food in the restaurant very good, great breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool view to The Teide and the see is really beautiful. Soraya in the reception was brilliant. I would definitely stay again.

Honestly, nothing. Just that there was no availability for me to extend my stay, so I had to go to another hotel up the road.

Liked the staff, the outside bar, the lovely rooftop pool. The hotel restaurant was excellent, we had excellent buffet breakfasts and evening meals.

The shower! We had what appeared to be a disabled person's bathroom so the shower was aimed at a seat which when we sat on it wasn't very stable. Also I'm not a fan of wet rooms. Also a bit of a drains smell in the room, but we got used to it so wasn't much of a problem.

Everyone in the staff is super nice and helpful Wide selection of food for breakfast and dinner - everything was delicious Great location, close to a bus station that will take you everywhere on the island Great cleaning service They have a laundry place in the entrance and vending machines that also sell tobacco, which was super handy

No air conditioning - there was a standing fan in the bedroom though Wi-fi didn't work in our bedroom, only the ground floor

Location close to the central bus station so easy to get round the island. Only about 20 mins walk to front. Friendly staff, nice welcome drink on arrival, good view of Mt Teide from our balcony. Didn’t get chance to use swimming pool but lovely views from there. Comfortable beds. Went self catering so only ate there once but food lovely and did food theme nights every night while we were there. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Friendly staff and good location with an easy access to the city centre. With a bit of luck, parking within a walking distance from the hotel.

Tap water had a distinctive strong smell of bleach. Hint about the photos. The hotel would benefit to include a photo with a balcony. From the current photos it seems as if there was no window in the room.

The hotel has everything a good hotel has to have- welcome drinks, pool, breakfast with a wide choice, good location etc. It is just at a certain quality level according to the price you pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

You can not compare this hotel with a 5 star hotel and say that you did not like something:)

Great position. Large studios, well equipped, staff very helpful, food good. Nice rooftop pool and solarium with plenty of sunbeds. Supermarket, cafes just around the corner. We stayed 2 weeks, half board, I would easily have stayed longer!!

I could not fault anything.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations; both the room and the hotel were renovated. For a 2-star hotel, the food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from (better food than in some 4-star hotels). The location is close to a supermarket, a short distance from the beach, and near a bus station. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center.

Good location, there is a bus station nearby from where you can go anywhere on the island, as well as the beach. Excellent rooms, the room has a small kitchen. Towels were changed once every two days. The hotel has a restaurant where the food is very varied. The staff is friendly, all issues were resolved promptly.
