The staff were very helpful, the studio is a nice size with a good sized balcony, and it as all the amenities you could possibly require, in addition there is access to a lovely sun terrace. The location is great its next to a a lovely little square with nice bars and restaurants it's definitely in the best location as its in between the main beaches, the town centre and the lido, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had a room with a terrace accessed from the roof. Previously we have stayed here with rooms with balconies and the balconies are quite small, so it was nice to have lots of space and a sea view. There was also a kitchen which we found handy. The room had plenty of outlets and one each side of the bed. We have always found staff to be friendly here. The location is in the old town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Otherwise it's just a 5-10 minute walk into town. There is a free car park on the seafront with ample parking and only ten minutes walk away.

The hotel is looking a little tired now. Our bath was rusty and holes in the walls in the bedroom had been repaired but not repainted. The beds were quite hard but just about acceptable. This is a reasonably priced hotel so don't expect 5 star. There is no dining room or restaurant so no breakfasts or meals are available. There are no night staff but there is a number to ring in an emergency. Overall I would say that the hotel offers good value for money and this was our fourth visit.

This was my second time in this hotel, and I still like it. The hotel is more than perfect location. Not to busy area, but very close to the centre. All receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Everything that we need, they're help. I loved the interior of the hotel as it is decorated.

I didn't complain about it because it has not really bothered us. I saw worse in my life, I am only writing to help. The bed was a bit too hard, and the pillow was too low; it's not the best for the side sleepers. The bath was painted, and the paint was coming off under showering, and the bath was partially rusty. The bath drain was a bit blocked. The toilet flush button falls apart. The cleanliness was much better in the past, when I had my first visit. I know it's not easy to make a clean in stayed room. Unfortunately, my fiancé's pyjamas pants somehow were bleached by the housekeeper accidentally under cleaning. She needs a little bit more careful with. Luckily, just his pyjamas, and he did not really care.

Absolutely loved the bed was so comfortable, especially with air con working. staff polite and cleaner also friendly and polite. Allow dogs which was brilliant. Most appliances were present with only a couple of adjustments needed. All in all was a good stay and I have rebooked for my next little get away with the same room. Thank you 😊

There was no were to park next to hotel or in hotel grounds, when first arrived and saw over the balcony I was gobsmacked but after a couple days of settling in began to love it just don't have to high expectations, otherwise it was brilliant and comfortable. Needs a toaster and a frying pan as you do need to self cater. And lift felt a little scary.

- Great location: close to restaurants, beaches, Central Bus Station (good connection with Airport and Santa Cruz de Tenerife); - Friendly and polite staff.

- Sometimes in the evening the hot water was only warm

Excellent inexpensive hotel, I recommend! The ocean is 5 minutes away, restaurants are 2 minutes away, there is a big free parking lot near the ocean. The hotel has very friendly staff, everything is clean, there is a refrigerator, the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries, there is a hairdryer. Great view from the balcony. We were very pleased 😊

Hotel is very nice and located in a proper centre close to the places of interests. Room was very nice, big, with a TV and a balcony. There was a great smell inside the room, toiletries provided. The receptionist was helpful.

The bath tube is very old and mouldy. We missed the kettle and a cup of tea or coffee. There is no parking space. You have to park your car in a big parking space near the sea but its not so far.

The stuff is very friendly. Location is perfect - the centre and beach is very close. The rooms have balconies where you can drink coffee in the morning. There is no bar in hotel but there is plenty bars near hotel. For work and travel type is perfect hotel.

The soundproofing.

Brilliant value for money. Clean, large room with a good kitchen, large balcony and a fantastic sea view from one side and city view from another. Situated on a very quiet street. Great location - 5 minutes walk from the harbour and 3 minutes walk from a massive free carpark. Helpful friendly staff.
