I was bit skeptical due to many negative comments as I booked this appartment, but as I got there almost everything was postive. The location and the seaview are top. Very friendly and helpful staff. The appartment was quite clean. The facility of the appartment (floor, wall, bathroom, furnitures)seems recently renovited and is much better than the pictures at their hompage (room with blue furniture/table), the facility for cooking is basic but can meet normal needs. You cann't expect 4 or 5 star hotel facilities & services if you pay much less price, so in general it was very good price value ratio. I would stay there again.

1. I was not very sure if my bed sheet / cover was changed as I checked in, because it looks like someone stayed there. 2. If they put some small decoration (pictures, paintings etc.) on the wall would look much sweeter.

We were lucky enough to get a view down the coast and sunsets, but the breakfasts were good, and the location was superb (close to the beach, the lively town centre, and especially the bus station).

The pool was closed while we were there, and the nearby beaches were closed for swimming due to pollution issues, meaning that a useful 'free' activity was unavailable.

We were looking for a budget-friendly solution with an excellent location, and Apartamentos Teneguia was the perfect match. There are certainly more fancy hotels in the city for multiples of this price, but there is certainly no accommodation with such a good location at this price. The hotel also has a pool for its guests. When booking, we asked for a room with a sea view, and although it was not guaranteed, they fulfilled our wish, which was also a positive experience. Thanks to the hotel's central location, all important places and sights can be reached comfortably on foot. The staff is accommodating and friendly, we got all the necessary information we needed during our stay

Great stay. Affordable place with beautiful view. The kitchen made it together with the balcony a nice place to eat your own breakfast. Can fully recommend it. Both beds were easily to be moved together.

The view was fantastic from the balcony. Little kichen was ok too. Swimming pool was quite small, but good enough.

I did not like the behavior of the cleaner. And her work was either as good as were hoping.

Proximity to beaches and bus station. Quiet area . This was our second stay and we were pleased to find that the Wi-Fi has now improved and works in the rooms. There’s also an electric kettle, and washing up materials.

The sofa is very uncomfortable and some of the furniture needs replacing. Having the shower above the bath means it can be a bit slippery and there’s no non slip mat.

Next to the beach and bus station. Lots of supermarkets around. Swimming pool available. Amazing views. The apartment offers more than i was expecting for that price. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend that place to everyone for a short or longer stay. I would definitely come back there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teneguia Apartments. The room was quite spacious, had a small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra small room with beds. We particularly liked the balcony and cozy atmosphere. Also, the values for really good and the hotel is well connected to the town, shops and the bus stop.

I think the beds could have been bigger and more comfortable.

Excellent location, daily cleaning, nice staff, great value for money. Pretty much all you need in a decent manner.

For a family would be better to have one double bed instead of 2 single beds, but it was ok.

Good position convenient to bus station and coastal walks. Suoermarkets and restaurants nearby. Quiet at night. Swimming pool, pleasant balcony with views, helpful reception staff.

Lack of basics in kitchen area. No electric kettle nor microwave but a slow hob that surely wastes a lot of electricity . No materials provided for washing up. Small TV with either Spanish or German language channels. No Wi-Fi except in lobby.
