Very nice and big apartment with views on the sea and the Teide, great pools, breakfast and dinner more than acceptable and varied, near to the beaches.

The structure is well kept but enourmous, its easy to get lost! It's about 10-15 min walk from the city center and 10-15 min walk from loro parque. Parking is 7€ per day but you can find it in the surroundings with some luck. Breakfast is ok but with some extra fruit it would be even better.

Great location sea view heated pool, It was really warm enough.There are many palm trees around, banana plantations opposite of the accommodation, 10 minutes walk from Loro Park. The beach opposite with a beautiful sunset is across the road. You can see a snowy mountain against the background of palm trees. The view from the balcony is simply beautiful. 15 minutes to the city center. Interesting city, many restaurants, pleasant atmosphere, birds singing, greenery and mountains everywhere.

The food in the restaurant is monotonous, the same thing. The amount of food is small - if you don't come early, you may not have enough. One day, the juice and water machine didn't work at all. So I would advise eating in restaurants. There are enough of them there. The supermarket is 5 minutes' walk away. The downside of this accommodation is the food.

The staff was great. The apartment is spacious and has all the basic things you need, the kitchen is quite equiped with microwave, fridge, water kettle and other cookware. There are 3 pools shared by both hotels and one rooftop pool. I travelled in October and basically had the rooftop pool for myself. Room service came daily to empty the trash bins and make the bed. It was kind of redundant since we only stayed for a few days. It could be good to have a sign hanging outside of the door to let them know we don't need room service, and save them some work.

The beach is right in front of the hotel but it is contaminated by wastewater. Breakfast quality isn't great. Coffee from the coffee machine tastes like instant coffee.

Nice pool area, good food, friendly staff

The hotel was very good. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items, although there was no soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay — the food was fresh and tasty, but the selection was somewhat limited. The pool was warm and clean. There is an excellent restaurant in the same building. The location is ideal for walks to Playa Jardín and the town. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment we were staying at was on the 6th floor on the corner so you could see the sea and Mount Teide from the massive balcony. The decor was nice and simple and the bed was comfortable. The sheltered black sand beach was only a short walk away and the shop in the complex had everything we needed. i liked all the plants cascading from the internal flower boxes and the breakfast was good. it was great value for money, and we much preferred staying on the North of the Island than the South West coast.

When we arrived it was impossible to find nearby parking to be able to check in and get the details for the on site parking. After driving round the block 3 times I had to run in while my partner continued to drive around. The cooking utensils / equipment were quite limited in the apartment but we were very happy with everything else.

I really liked the hotel. The location is good. Great beach across the street. The apartments are spacious, clean. Varied breakfasts. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend the shuttle service offered by the hotel. I booked a transfer to the airport and paid on the spot. The bus was supposed to arrive at 3am, I waited until 4am, the bus did not arrive. Because of this, I almost missed my flight. I had to call a taxi, which cost £170.

Beautiful view from the large balcony, friendly staff, great pools. The dinner was good. Breakfast is still the same, but everyone can choose. A little older kitchen and bathroom equipment. In terms of price and quality, absolutely excellent.

Great location, lovely apartment and some very helpful and friendly staff.

The large pool was heated, however, it was a shame that the small pools weren't. We were there with a child and it was difficult to take her swimming as the large pool was too deep for us to stand and hold her and the shallow pools were cold.

The apartment was good and big , plenty of storage and cleaned every day

A little bit away from the main square but cabs were very reasonable, the only complaint we had was that there are 2 buildings and we were with family and were in different buildings and they were identical so was very confusing
