- 7th floor and sea view - The lift was fast without waiting time - Very clean place - Our towels and sheets were changed very often - Plenty of options at breakfast and dinner - Very kind and smiling staff, excepting a recepcionist called Nora who treated me very ugly when I told her that my booking included the use of the safety box.

- We have to pay for using the safety box, even though it was offered as included in the price we paid for the whole booking

Good location, only short walk into old town with interesting streets , great bars and restaurants with authentic local food. Hotel is well run, kept very clean, rooms serviced daily. Breakfasts are lovely, amazing choice , plenty of staff on looking after everyone, couldn’t be better 😀

Decor and fittings in rooms getting a little tired now, needing updating. Evening music is very old fashioned, something more modern would give a more lively atmosphere to the bar and maybe attract more people to have a drink and dance

Room was very clean and comfortable. They had a great breakfast buffet. The front counter reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They signed us up for a day long bus tour around the island. It was a wonderful trip which I think the hotel should publicize.

Everything was fine and I had no problems with anything. I did see one bug in bathroom one night but that wasn't any problem for me......I sometimes get those at home too.

Very good location: close to the ocen and beach, close to old town. Breakfast/dinner: i do not need anything more. Enybody could find something to eat.

Hard to find parking place. But it is general problem in Tenerife.

Food in buffet didn't change very much, for vegetarian and vegan options it was the same food every day for breakfast and dinner but they did have plant based milks. It was noisy in the mornings with construction going on opposite and walls and doors were not very sound proof. No tea/coffee facilities in room and when I asked for kettle they don't supply them. Pool very small, it was ok for us as it was February time but summer must be a disaster.

The hotel was located just outside the more touristy area but still easily accessible to everything. My room was classed as a Mountain View but I could sneak a look at the sea too so was ideal. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing - so many choices!

Slight criticism that my room only had 2 plug sockets. One in bathroom and the other meant unplugging the tv. Also the addition of a mini fridge would of been helpful.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. More than enough food to choose from for breakfasts and dinners. Have no idea why there were negative comments on that. Nice swimming pool area.

The drinks were not included into the price for dinners. That's absolutely fine. Just would be better to know in advance. No kettle available. Had to order tea from the bar occasionally in the evenings.

Everything was as advertised - big spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast with many choices, great location, helpful staff. The price and previous comments made me expect a dated property and while it is indeed true that it looked like a previous rooms refurbishment was more than 15 years ago, everything was in working condition and very clean, also daily housekeeping was very thorough. Room had no minibar (none was advertised, so it's all good), but there was at least a vending machine at ground floor and the setup for a bar - didn't see it operating, but we left at 10-11 a.m. and returned past 11 p.m.

The property offers dinner (can't speak of it since we dinned out, breakfast was very good except for the coffee, only choice was instant, and if it's an indication about dinner it probably was good as well, we just didn't want to adhere to a schedule, wide as it might have been) and the smell from the dining hall situated at the semi-basement permeated through the ground floor and, for the staircase and elevator area, above.
