I had concerns after booking this accommodation as I read before that breakfasts are dull and not good. This is not true! Breakfast was awesome with a variety of good quailty food. The hotel is on a hill, yes, but if you rent a car or like to walk it is totally fine. The street itself is quiet. Our room was pleasant and clean. Pls do not underrate this hotel it is misleading.

All in the hotel was new, modern and beautifully clean throughout, service was Truly Professional with Smiling Staff Members and we felt welcomed at all times. Poolside had awesome panoramic view and also to enjoy most magical sunset ;o) Bar also had amazing ambience with views over Puerto de la Cruz. Waking up with singing of local peacocks next door banana plantation in the early morning through open window, made mornings extra special, "like icing in the cake' at least we loved it ;o) Would I recommend AluaSoul Orotava Valley, Absolutely Si, Yes !

We were very happy with our stay in a suite with a wonderful view on the ocean 🙂 leaving after a week of stay was extremely difficult The suite was very spacious, plenty of light, nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice bathroom, 2 TV's and a terrace Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was excellent, with a wide variety of choice The lady working at the reception on our arrival on the evening of 23 of November (my birthday on top of that) was especially nice 🙂 One of the best hotels I've ever been to

We were very happy with our stay. The only remarks we would have are - would prefer breakfast a bit longer, at least for weekends until 10:30 at least... And what bothered me a bit was the noise of airconditioning that you can hear all the time even if the system in your room is shut down.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in general. The hotel is better than on the photos, our room was clean, modern, with a beautiful view and functioning amenities. The majority of the people working there were kind and super helpful. Loved the pool, the tanning area and evening entertainment (especially Spanish class). Good, fresh and varied food at the buffet. Great location as it’s both a quiet, picturesque spot and within walking distance to all nearby attractions.

- Hotel is on top of a hill that is hard to walk up even if you’re in decent shape. - Ocean view rooms don’t get any sun throughout the day (though they are quieter and more private). - Fellow visitors can be loud and annoying in public areas.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was efficient and fast. All in all excellent hotel, would book again.

Checkin was very slow, even though we were the only guests checking in at that time, it took the receptionist forever to process our data (between 10 and 15min). The hotel itself is huge. Our room was at the furthest end from the reception. It was quite difficult to find on our own as there are no/only minimal signs in the endless hallways. Parking was even further away from our room. Don't underestimate the distances when you're staying here.

Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Great for a quiet get away as there are no children in the hotel. Room was well decorated and comfortable. Pool was heated with a lovely view of the sea and perfect for watching sunsets. Great location for walking down to the beach and the town center was also within walking distance. We did get the free bus provided a few times which was great but bus times didn't always work for us. Food was pretty good. Perfect for a couple, solo traveller or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

We had the room right next to the pool and did wake up every morning with the noise of the staff getting ready for the day. It wasn't too much of an issue and we liked being so close to the pool but if you are noise sensitive in the morning it's worth asking for a quieter area of the building.

The hotel is better than described in the reviews. Modern interior. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Cleanliness and good housekeeping. The cuisine is excellent and varied. With the all-inclusive system, it feels like you're in a restaurant.The staff is very friendly and always eager to help with everything. Heated pool. Evening entertainment is varied. Good location. 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel has paid parking. But you can park nearby without any problems. We are satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Exceeded our expectations.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a Tenerife hotel that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool area, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options that fueled my days. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus, allowing for easy access to the sun and sand. Additionally, the availability of parking at a reasonable price made my stay even more convenient. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife.

Our room overlooking the mountain was loud, we heard cars and people outside due to thin windows. You can also sometimes here beds being moved above or noise on the staircase we had on one side Hotel is very long, so if you get a room far from the reception it might take you a while to get to breakfasts Expensive parking, but there is a free big parking lot nearby

Location was great, room was great, facilities were great. They have a lovely pool and an amazing gym (though apparently it's changing hands so was closed for two of the days I was there). Staff were generally super lovely! Particularly the entertainment lady, she was awesome!

The single thing they could improve is food quality. It just felt poor. A great variety of things, but the quality wasn't good. After two days of eating it, it started to feel like a chore. Yet, saying that, as all inclusive, we appreciated it.
