Very peaceful, stayed on my own and felt very safe even walking around at night. Fifteen minutes walk down the hill to the main bus station and a bus stop also right outside the door. Big pool and children’s pool. An older crowd but I found it made my stay more peaceful and enjoyed that element. I would stay again and if there were two sharing a room it would be incredible value. The breakfast had lots of options. There are lots of places to eat nearby including a good Mexican.

I wouldn’t eat dinner at the buffet again, the food quality could be much better and the staff seemed stressed and rushing people out, I didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Would love it if the pool was warmer but I can see in summer it would be refreshing. The decor was a bit tired in the communal areas but that didn’t impact my stay.

The location was away from all the noise of the old town and close to the bus station. Finding a parking space was easy because there was an empty street nearby that we could park the rental car. Except for one, the personell were helpful and respectful. The pool area is beautiful and good to chill on the sunbeds, but the pool itself was a bit cold for swim during our visit in Christmas.

The building is a bit old. On the first day we noticed that the toilet flush was leaking. The room lacks basic equipment (like a kettle, mugs, a safe, beach towels) and we had to pay a deposit to get them.

breakfast ans dinner was grate ans so many different dishes to choose and the person who works in the kitchen and restaurant are so nice. I forgot my ring in my room and i understood when i left, but they were keep it for me, that was amazing and i'm not sure if every where do the same. any way thank you again, i really appreciate.

i did't have a car and it need a bit walk to the center but with car it's just about 3 min, by the way there is bus station in front of hotel as well.

Really clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Nice amount of sun loungers. Easy check in and check out. Cleaning every other day was good. Fresh towels every 2nd day. Bedding changed once during 11 nights.

The pool was not heated and in January the temp was about 23/24°C outside but the pool was super cold. Otherwise a really nice size pool. The WiFi was a bit slow. Alright for browsing but did take a long time to load.

The whole area looks like a botanical garden. Really well maintained plants everywhere. It has a feeling of living in a neighborhood of cottages, cause buildings are not tall and there are many separate buildings. Big balcony in the room. The view from the pool , cause You can see Teide. Pool really nice and plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful area where evening entertainments take place. Neighborhood where this hotel is located is really nice , many beautiful buildings near by and You can reach city centre and central Beach by walk in 20-30min . Very good breakfast . We were changing hotels during our vacation, we had 5 different hotels and the food was best here . Many vegetables , fruits , very tasty pancakes . There were options which were changing every day . Keep in mind, that night program lasts till 23. It is very noisy . So ask for a room more far away from the bar where it takes place if You want to sleep earlier .

Our room was really very worn out. Doors to the balcony and bathroom were squeaking like crazy. The toilet , when flushed , made such a loud sound , that when used at night it definitely had to wake up neighboors - enormous sound . Room is very plain as for a 4stars hotel . Just all white walls and that’s it . Would be nice to make it more cozy with pictures or mirrors or any other details . No tea and coffee making facilities . I guess it is a must in a 4 star hotel … But we liked the garden , views and food so much , that this old room didn’t bother much .

I loved my room- top floor with balcony, view with pool and trees, quiet and private, 2 desks for working and writing, TV and fridge, a lot of natural light in the room, big bathroom with bathtub, comfortable double bed. Friendly staff, big buffets, outside eating areas available. Washing machine, dryer and refreshments available.

Whole hotel area is beautiful. Room was nice, clean. Nothing to complain about 😊 The best time of our stay was breakfast, which was really outstanding and delicious 👌😊

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options to suit all tastes. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town center, making it a great base for exploring.

Breakfast was really fine, not great but fine. Staff was helpful and kind. The place was really comfy, apartment was tidy and nice and we've spent some time by the pool, reading books and getting some sun. I would recommend this place to other guests.

Very good location close to the beach and city centre. Rooms are very clean. Food is tasty, with new menu every 6-7 days.
