What I liked about Blue Corner Apartments was the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, which made our stay convenient and hassle-free. The availability of a thorough cleaning service was a big plus, ensuring that everything was kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making it a good choice for accommodation.

What I didn’t like about Blue Corner Apartments was that the toilet and sink had an unusual smell for the first day or two, although it eventually faded. The washing machine was a bit weak, which made doing laundry less efficient, but it generally got the job done. Additionally, the windows were not the most secure, and we noticed that sometimes after the cleaning service, the windows were left unlocked even though we had locked them before leaving. These issues detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Staff great, maybe a little overworked because unfortunately there was a situation when during our absence someone from the staff left the terrace open. Apart from that the cleaning was great, the bed linen was changed, our requests were met. There is a Smart TV but the wi-fi is a little weak. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is worse, as is the case with sofas. For this price it was still great! In March it was quite easy to get a parking space.

Very friendly and informative hostess who met us in time. The apartment itself is good size and has all you need for an ordinary week. No luxury, but sufficient. Location is great and it was easy to find free parking for a car. Street voices were constant , as the soundproofing of the windows was not that good. This however did not disturb us. The WiFi unfortunately was not strong enough to support MS Teams meetings. The connection was breaking up frequently. But we managed to work all week ok with mobile phone hotspots. Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment were ok. The use of code locks was perfect. I would rent this again.

My stay was enjoyable! The owner was welcoming, I also liked the suggestions on where I could go to explore the island being sent daily. The apartment was pretty clean, the cleaning services also timely and on request. Good that there's no keys and the apartment is accessed by the password, I didn't worry about losing the keys on the beach. The location is nice - close to public transportation, shops and also it was okay to find parking for the car nearby.

A fantastic property and very good value for money, in an excellent location near to plenty of shops & restaurants. The location was excellent for our needs (near to our family's house and next door to the 'Jardin de Orquideas' where we were attending a family event). The apartments are situated at the top of the hill so you will need to use the steps or the road to get to & from the main centre of Puerto de la Cruz. However, there are lots of taxis passing by as well as public transport should you need it. There are also lots of shops, cafes & bars further up the road within a comfortable 10m walk. The property itself felt very secure, requiring access through multiple gates & doors before entering your room. It is situated on a main road so sometimes was a little noisy if you keep the windows open at night time - however that was a personal preference, and when the windows were shut the sound from the traffic was reduced. The communication with the host was excellent. They provided us with an itinerary of things to do during our stay and upon our arrival, explained where everything was in the property before leaving us. I kept them informed via messages for the time of our arrival and they met us right outside. It was super-quick and very helpful to have the host explain to us how to access the doors within the property. The room (Superior Apartment) was very very clean - the entrance & stairway was also kept well cleaned - and the room contained everything we needed for our stay, including bath towels, beach towels & bed linen (which could be replaced daily if needed), kitchen & bathroom supplies. Nearby you can enjoy a walk around the Orchid Garden (next door!) and lunch in the cafe inside. Also a short walk up to Parque Taoro, again for a lovely lunch and views over Puerto de La Cruz (pictured) We would love to return and stay in the apartment with the hot tub next time!

No faults with the property, the host or our stay. Only minor thing is the noise from the traffic if you wish to keep your windows open to catch the breeze, but this is no fault of the property and would not stop is from staying here again.

Staff had good recommendations, the place was comfortable. It has a washing machine! The bed in the bedroom is great.

The sofa bed was alright for 2 kids but not comfortable enough for adults, quite thin mattress.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, botanical garden and harbour. The kids loved the whirpool and the garden. The communication was very good and help was always there when we needed it. Small but lovely and totally enough for a family of 4.

It was a pleasure to stay in the Blue Corner Apartment. It is equipped and furnished really well and we had everything we needed! Kitchen contains two cooking plates, tableware, microwave, electric kettle, toaster. The double bed is very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located and you can reach the city-centre in 10 minutes (down the hill). We got useful tips from the Blue Corner Team and if needed, you can leave your luggage after check-out. The apartment is nice and modern, it is cleaned every day except weekends.

The tiles - or better the grouts in the shower are affected from humidity and should be renewed. Otherwise everything fine!

Enjoyed our 5 nights stay.. The apartment was spotless,, easy to communicate with the Host who was very nice. It was in a great location near restaurant's and bars and sea front. It's a 15 minute walk to the main bus station. The bus stops outside of the apartment too I would definitely stay again .

Early morning traffic but earplugs did the job.

Location was amazing, very clean, well equipped kitchen and close to the beach, city center, shops. The host it's very welcoming and helped us with information about the North of the island. I recommend this accommodation if you visit Puerto de la Cruz!
