Lovely apartment. Was just what we needed as we were travelling around by day and out most evenings. Great view from the balcony. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful . Special mention to Frank at reception an absolute gentleman. Had problem with boarding pass coming home. Went to Frank and he sorted it quickly and efficiently.

The stay exceeded our expectations – good value for a budget hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had all that we needed, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big plus was that the room stayed cool even during the July heatwave. The hotel is old and one can see it in the rooms, but that was okay for us, while it's a budget hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool, eventhough it was quit small.

The main issue was the noise from other guests – at night, some young people were partying on their balconies, which disturbed sleep. There was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, and I suspect there might be some mold.

A million dollar view, especially if you ask for the 3-5 floors - if the room is available, it is SO worth it!! The Teide, mountain range and the dragon trees - wonderful scenery. The room is being cleaned every day, the staff is polite and very friendly. The breakfast is fine as well, probably wouldn't recommend it daily for the long stay (it's almost the same every day), but you can come there at any moment in the morning paying 10 euros at the reception. Overall, it truly is a good, decent option if you are on a budget!

Surely the hotel is a bit old, as well as the amenities, but they are very honest with their pricing. The staff is doing their best and succeed in that in my opinion.

About one Lady from reception with curly hairs and the glasses, she gave me so many information about my trip and carnaval, that she made my day in this time :) greetings and for sure I will come again!

Great location and excellent value for money. Nice indoor pool next to sun bathing area.

The apartments next to it are being upgraded, so pulling a suitcase up to the hotel from the main road bus stop was slightly more difficult but there wasn't too much noise.

Very good hotel to spend your holiday. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a wonderful view on Teide. Larger kitchen space than in the "hotel casa del sol", which also belongs to the same hotel chain. In my humble opinion, anyone who doesn't have excessive 5-star expectations will be happy with their stay here.

Overall hotel is good, personall is very friendly and helpful. It's situated in a quiet area far shielded from main roads and traffic. You've a great view to Teide. There is supermarket 4 minutes walk from it and the bus stop. Plenty of cafes as well. Overall it's good value for money.

Internet is good but it's behind a captive screen and I couldn't connect my laptop at first. The room lack of usual knife only bread one. Dishes were rather dirty on our arrival and there was a strong smell of bleach in the room, which gone away with ventilation. Cups were very small and all of different sizes. To use safe in the room you've to pay 3EUR a day. The pool is shielded and the water is warm but windows were a bit dirty to enjoy the view.

Good location, nice views, friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean (2nd floor).

The building is quite dated, but it is reflected in the price. The kitchen equipment is minimal.

Very conveniently placed for my needs. It’s in the La Paz area located above the main town which is a 10/15 min walk or les than €5 taxi ride away. The rooms are cleaned every day with regular changing of towels and sheets.

There is no bar.
