Location ( volcano view from our room was just amazing) and service were fantastic! Great value for money. We loved the pool very much as it was really warm. Our flat was great and staff who cleaned it was really nice! Everyone is very attentive and polite. Thanks a lot!

We were confused about tennis as one member of staff told it is free ( no need to pay), but other receptionist told it is 8 euro for 1 hour ( we payed it after), would be great to let other clients know in advance!

Everything was fine as far as the room was concerned. The view of the main street was nice, as was the pool.

Nothing really comes to mind as far as the hotel is concerned. It was a bit frustrating finding the hotel. But we did and it was fine after that....

The location of the hotel is good, the beds are very comfortable, the cleaning services are good, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and a kitchenette and a balcony Our stay was pleasant

the pool was not heated, in September the water was very cold there is no parking space, which makes finding one very difficult, every evening I searched for more than 30 minutes for a place

Great location in La Paz. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. English TV channels. Good value for money.

Sewerage smell coming from somewhere intermittently in our room. Quite faint but noticeable especially at night. Pool needs attention. Broken and missing tiles.

Nice big room with simple kitchen facility, comfortable beds.

The kettle didn’t switch itself off and the fridge kept freezing things. Maintenance may want to look at these.

Was never up in time for breakfast as it stopped at 10 a.m. Location was very good

The bar is still closed we couldn't figure out why and none of the staff could give a reason. We were there pre Covid and very much enjoyed the bar as we met other guests there and got to know people. Also dinner was no longer served at the hotel which we also missed and there was no lunch served at the pool.

The location is ideal for visit different places in the island, such as Teide National Park, Mascas, la Laguna etc., evn though it is a little bit far from the Airport Tenerife South. The city it is located is also a big and full of life city.

Some stuff did not provide us with correct information. For example, we asked if they provide soap for the dishes and they said no. Later we found the soap in the cleaning package they had left previously in the room. Regarding where to go and how they wewre not aware of, and when very kindly they would try to help us, most of the time they would give us incorrect information. Besides that they were always smiling and they were very welcoming.

I would stay here again, it was good! The room was big, nice terrace, good view. Little kitchen in the room. Soft bed, nice staff. We enjoyed our stay here. There are cafes and pharmacy near the hotel. For this price it was good.

Just one thing, that spoiled our stay a little bit. In the last days we met a little cockroach near the kitchen. Personal did a special cleaning, but last day I met it again. Maybe hotel could pay more attention to this problem. It would be nice, if the staff also cleaned the kettle. And it was a bit long to go to the near beach where we can swim, but it’s okay.

Very good and various breakfast - good offer to be included few days before arrival. Very nice balcony view towards pool, garden and Teide. Beautiful pool garden with big trees, very well maintained.

The walls are quite thin and the balcony door is not sound proof... You can easily hear the neighbours, we had issues in the first 2 nights with some very noisy teenagers partying on the balcony. TV was not smart. When arriving late in the afternoon by car it was quite difficult to find a parking place.

- The pool is very large - They have breakfast on the property - The cleaning service was 5 days out of 7 - You have stores and places to eat just in front of the hotel - There are plenty of public parking spots around the hotel - You have a balcony

- In some mornings they mowing the lawn and was very noisy - One night on the way to our room, on the hallway, we saw a little(big) bug on the ceiling.
