Room with seaview on 10th floor was amazing. Bed was quite comfy. we had the all inclusive option - the food was of very good quality, the choice was sufficient, but one evening I got food poisoning from stale panna cotta and I had to deal with it the whole next day, luckily I had antibiotics with me.

When you come for dinner after 9 pm, the waiters treat you rudely, and there is almost nothing left in the buffets. If a hotel decides to serve dinner until 10 pm, it should ensure that the level of service is very high all the time, not just at the beginning of dinner. That's all.

Entertainment was excellent. They really put the effort there. The location is great I like this side of the island. I liked the garden. The restaurant was nice, food choice was good. I liked everything else also, but I won't praise the room.

Beds were a bit of a let down. Really cheap, sliding over the floor as you move in them. I think some of the bed legs were a bit crooked/damaged. The mattress wasn't great either, to say the least...

Friendly staff, clean, great beachside location, good food (buffet) and lovely pools, very family friendly and nice large, clean rooms. Could not do enough for us with our baby. We went half board but also very reasonable on additional charges and a lot of free soft drinks and water, also close to local amenities and supermarket. Also in same area as amazing safari park Lora Parque with a walking distance shuttle train!

Aside from the longer distance from the airport there was little to dislike, just factor this cost into your budget as will need a taxi.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We may reach the beach and historical center by walking. We like very much the “sea swimming pool” where we did the snorkeling with the kids and we have seen various kinds of fishes. The staffs are adorable and smily. The rooms are clean thanks to the good house keeping. the swimming pool is big enough.

The buffet is OK but the quality is not as good as what I expected. It’s very noisy in the night until 23h30. There are only 3 lifts with limited capacity. We have a kind of “powder” appearing on the table every day . we don’t know where does it come from and what’s it. I have taken a picture and I can send to the related people if needed. Some towels are quiet old and need to be changed.

The staff were exceptional, so professional and friendly! Wonderful range of both day time and night time activities.. special mention to Cesar and Ana for their brillant classes! Armbands were so convenient to access the room and pay for items. Location was great, we had a sea view room, and it was so relaxing to go to sleep to the sound of the waves! Would highly recommend this fab hotel.

While the restaurant was wonderful, with very attentive staff. Sometimes food was tinned, instead of fresh..

Great location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable, not the newest hotel but everything was well maintained and renovated. Nice garden with swimming pools very clean. Evening entertainment at the hotel. Good variety of foods and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. I definitely would book it again and also recommend it to a friend

The rooms are a bit old I did not like that you have to pay to park the car in front of the hotel (their parking spots)... This is not a minus of the hotel.. but for tourists that come here for the first time(we did not know), the weather is bad in this part of island. Is foggy and cloudy all the time and even cold.. we could not stay at the beach..we had to drive to the south.. and there was sunshine and hot weather (while in puerto del cruz was freezing).. take this in consideration before booking

Everything was excelent,the personal, facilities, location. The extra 100 Euro for the sea view room from the 14th floor were very well spent, since the ocean view is gorgeous. We liked very much the shows in the evening, the food was also great. For this price, with half board included, I don’t think you can get a better deal on the island, so good job to everyone. Special greetings to the dancer and entertainer girl :)

Staff very helpful and friendly, all facilities excellent, food very good and varied, drinks on all inclusive good. .Nice mix of clientele all very friendly and obviously happy as we were.

Fantastic ocean view, speedy lifts

No coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the restaurant is not of good quality. The hotel definitely needs renovation and maintenance.
