Nice hotel. Clean nice roof top pool and bar

If you aren't driving and are going to rely on public transport please be aware that this can be hard to get to and from the airport. I hadn't prebooked my return to the airport (departing for home at 12:30 approx) on Sunday the service wasn't available for contact as they don't open until 09/10:00 on (this wouldn't have been enough time. And there were only two options for a public bus (which took 1hr 20mins). One at 06:05 and the other one left too late for me to make my flight/check-in. The rooftop pool and gym closed way too early. Out of a 3/4 night stay I could only use them twice because of their functional times, this was disappointing.

I found the architecture very pleasing, especially the design that included the views through pebbled walls to the sea. That was very innovative. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was well maintained and the beds were superbly comfortable. It was well situated opposite the beach and within immediate reach of shops, restaurants, cafés and parks. In particular I would thank the staff at reception who so quickly responded to our need of help on the last day, when I developed a violent bout of gastroenteritis. They called a doctor who came to our room, treated me ( diagnosis, rehydration and medication) in order that I be fit to fly the next day. He came again early the next morning to ensure I was able to travel. It was altogether a very efficient process. I mention this, as it means that visitors can have trust in the capacity of the hotel to manage a crisis.

However the room was rather cramped and we really would have liked space for two chairs (not just the one) so we could both sit and read.

The room was ready ahead of the check-in time. Welcome drink on the rooftop. A bottle of cava and fruits in our room - a wonderful surprise. Exceptionally good breakfast and a very professional breakfast team. Perfect location and view. Creative interior design.

A bit difficult to offload/load luggage as there is no designated zone for this. Nearest parking (32€/24h) is a 6-9 minute walk away. Our room was tiny and cramped. No luggage racks available. Our luggage had to be placed on the floor, taking up the last available floor space. Our room suffered from a distinct sewer odour. Upon return, it had to be ventilated for 10-20 minutes to dissappear.

The location was PERFECT. In the heart of the town and literally 10 steps from the waters’ edge. Overlooked the bay with thundering waves which made for the perfect viewing and night’s sleep! The hotel was very clean, sexy and modern. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - with bottomless mimosas too ;). Absolutely loved this hotel.

If you are traveling by car, this may not be the best option since there is no on site parking and street parking is extremely limited. We had to walk 3/4 mile to park in a shopping center which was less than ideal.

More instructions or general information on arrival....reception staff could have been as attentive as the other staff members and a little more pleasant, .....advising of the need for the entry card in the lifts, how the air con functions in the room. Didn't like the noise from the external Air Con unit which was located in the..... so called internal patio. This was not ideal constant whirring 24h .

The entire hotel was spot less, all the staff on reception, the spa, the cleaners, bar staff were amazing. Couldn't do enough to help. The hawa rooftop bar is even more luxurious than it looks on the pictures with great drinks on hand. The bed was supremely comfortable and the bedroom facilities and size were amazing.

That is only had 2 small milk sachets in my room for the amount of tea and coffee provided. Other than that.. nothing. I'll be booking to come back.

There was a problem with the air conditioning it was set to not go below 18°so as a result we had to change rooms as it was too clostaphobic we would have much preferred a room with a window

This was a lovely hotel. I live in the south of tenerife and normally stay further away from the sea, but I saw this new hotel and wanted to try it. It's located perfectly, near the shops, lido and sea front. The staff, hotel, rooms, spa and roof top were excellent!! Will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends to go. Just remember there's no car park, so take half an hour to get a spot.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! It was very pleasant, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The meals were amazing, and the staff was simply exceptional. We had such a wonderful time and highly recommend it. The location is right on the water, with breathtaking views. Everything was just perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment!

Great location to explore the north side of Tenerife, and very central in Puerto de La Cruz as well, all restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations etc at close proximity. Very spacious and clean room, the bartender at the roof top bar was an add on bonus, extremely friendly, helpful with sightseeing advice and great cocktails too!
