Very nice staff, thanks to the kind man at the reception. Made us feel truly welcomed. I actually liked the parking, even though it’s underground I was very happy to have it, since I’v been in more sketchyer undergrounds and there is limited parking on the street. Rooms are very clean and very spacious with nice equipment to have dinner at the room. We were very happy about the location, staff, parking, cleannesses and overall- very good value for money! Thank you.

A bit noisy street at night but it is not hotels fault - this comes with very convenient and central location.

Very nice stay in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, one of the most beautiful and amazing places on the island. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz when visiting Tenerife.

Because we booked on the same day our stay was supposed to start, due to issues with another property, they couldn’t provide us with a parking spot. As a result, we had to figure it out on our own. Free parking in the area is limited, and private parking, located two minutes away from the hotel, is quite expensive. It’s not entirely their fault, but you should know that their parking spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. One evening, we ran out of hot water—it ran out very quickly, and I had to heat some on the stove to finish rinsing my hair.

Fabiola who met us on the first day and saw us off on the last, was very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. She went 'another mile' to try and help us with the broken TV and asked for the technical crew to fix it when she was unable. The hotel was very clean and, the staff in general were very nice and kind. The breakfast was half-buffet, but the choice of Continental, Spanish and Healthy was good. The hotel is not new (and it shows), but it was not an obstacle. The pool was great! The kitchenette was also a big 'plus'! The parking option was really helpful (especially in downtown Puerto)! We have booked this facility for the next year already!!!

Some renovation could be helpful, but it did not spoil the party. At first, it was a little tricky to figure out how to use the parking, but starting the second day, it was all good!

Excellent property in an perfect location. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were always very polite and helpful. Although it is in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my wife and I found no real noise problems. We have stayed in a number of properties in the centre before and, for the rating and price, we would rate this the best. It has a relaxed, calm atmosphere which made our stay the best possible. We have already booked again.

We have stayed in Puerto De La Cruz before but not at this hotel. We were delighted that it was so centrally located but away from the busy areas of the town centre. It was easy to reach the beach/lido and to access the main square and restaurants of the town on foot from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and the choice of items very good (particularly the Spanish option). The room was very clean and the daily housekeeping was efficient and not intrusive. Great to have a proper fridge in the room too, not something you always get, even in the bigger hotels.

Pool didn't get much sun in the afternoons (may be better in summer) so better to plan to go to the beach/lido if you want to sunbathe all day. That said, it was clean and the beds were all good quality. This is suited to an older clientele, which we didn't mind, but if you are under 50 and looking to socialise with guests your own age in the hotel, this is not the place for you.

Plenty of places close by to eat,drink, shop and explore. Bus station about 10/15 minute walk away. The room was very large and the kitchen was well equipped. Liked that I could choose when I wanted the room clean and towels changed.

Had a room with a balcony which was overlooking the pedestrian street. Very noisy at night. Hotel could of done with a bar/coffee bar. DON'T FORGET TO PAY YOUR BILL IN EUROS or YOU WILL PAY A LOT MORE THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE OF THE LOW EXCHANGE RATE. (Euro to Pounds)

Centrally located within Puerta de La Cruz. Town centre well within walking distance and conveniently located near to Promenade. Great assistance and care from all the staff, especially Fabiola, who was very attentive, courteous and able to provide knowledge on the local area.

Bit noisy in the evenings due to close proximity to town centre. This was not unexpected and we are accustomed to city life.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Perfectly clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need for a break in Puerto de la Cruz. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Only one English TV channel. BBC news. It would be great to have a bar in the hotel.

The lady on reception was so kind and friendly. She was working the day I arrived and and my last evening. The ladies who cleaned my room were also very polite and happy. The restaurant team were also super. My only criticism would be the lady who worked morning of my check out. Barely said 3 words to me and had no time for me. Very rude.

The staff was wery nice and helpful, rooms were big, clean and tidy. Hotel is located in the city centre, few minutes from the beach and supermarket. The restaurants are everywhere around the hotel. The breakfast was really tasty.

There is nothing to be complained about. It is wery hard to park the car anywhere in the city centre but it is not the issue of the hotel. If you want to park nearby you need to book the parking.
