The buffet was great for what I've heard about other hotels in the area. Fresh fruits and salads, hot meals for every course. Always hot dogs, burgers, and snacks by the pool. The drinks were also decent. Obviously, the all-inclusive cocktails were pre-made but delicious nonetheless. There were hardly any kids at the resort. It's also right next to a great "smokers" club and is closed to the town and sea. Just be prepared to do some serious climbing coming back up. It's also close to some wonderful restaurants and a karaoke bar right on the corner, if you know any spanish songs. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, I even extended my stay on what was supposed to be the last night. I'm also going back in 2 months. Even as a solo traveller, I met some great people staying at the hotel. The views are amazing, and the sunset from the poolside was beautiful.

The only thing is if you're a smoker, there's only one small corner of the entire resort to smoke on near the pool, which doesn't have any seats. When the pool is closed, you would need to walk completely off-site, as it isn't allowed on the balconies or even in the car park, which isn't ideal if you're travelling alone as a female. Ideal if you're not a smoker, though, you won't be bothered by any smells. It also sucks that they take the band from you immediately at 12 pm. I know some hotels allow you to enjoy the all-inclusive until your coach comes, but I had 8 hours to wait with quite expensive drinks and going out for food. It's quite far from the airport (TFS).

Explicitly ask a receptionist not to accommodate you to next to British tourists. Most of them are alcoholics and tend to break the night silence. Cheers

Good price quality ratio. We spent here two days with a half board service. The food was great, however since we only stayed here two days, I do not know how versatile it is, but during these two days we were happy with it. It's neither an expensive hotel, nor a 5*, so your expectations should be according to this. Under this I mean that the furniture in the room is a bit outdated, but it was clean and the bed was big and comfy so we had nothing to complain about. The pool and its surrounding is great, it has a nice view and plenty of sunbeds. A great plus is the water dispenser on the corridor, we really liked that we did not need to buy so much bottled water. The location is also a good one, with lots of restaurants around. Within a 10 minute walking distance you can also easily find parking place.

The room was clean on arrival and we asked for clean towels but glasses not washed and coffee cups left in the room for 2 days not removed but we washed them ourselves so not a problem, but for a 4 stat hotel, I would of expected better also Sunday morning cleaners banging on door just gone 8.30am asking if we want room serviced not great for a Sunday and we were departing checkout was 12.00pm

The entire staff was great. We had the half board. Food varied in quality between good and amazing. Good seafood and fish almost every day. Cleanliness was top notch. Solid amenities and outside area. The location is decent. Parking is not great in the area, but after a day of getting to know it, we usually found places within a few minutes walk. The standard rooms are really not 4-star, but they are perfectly fine for the price.

You will need mobile internet if you need to get anything serious done online. Thankfully, it's pretty cheap there. The wifi was horrible. The beds were honestly not great, but tolerable (we got a standard twin bed room). It wasn't a big issue for us though. The pool is not heated, which we didn't end up using. I get it though, considering it's Tenerife.

We got room with a great view. Friendly staf. WiFi signal was good. Wide variety of meals. Unlimited water from dispenser.

The air conditioning system did not work. Desserts are poor and simple. The pool is not maintained to the best standard - there are no tables for drinks between the sunbeds, tiles were misisng and the light in the pool was broken( cable was in the water for a few days), we had to inform the reception and the next day other people complained and only then was action taken..

Great views from the balcony for the superior room, could see both the sea as well as Mt Teide. The room was also newly renovated so it looked modern and comfortable. Providing a jug for the self-service water fountains on each floor was an innovative and environmentally-friendly feature. The location was very close to the bus station, making it convenient to visit all attractions such as Santa Cruz, Mt Teide, etc.

Some parts of the room were left unrenovated, such as the closet and the bathroom. The shower water temperature was inconsistent and unsafe (would become scalding hot in seconds). There was no A/C and there was a heat wave when we visited, making it very hot at night. We had paid to upgrade for the half board plus package with drinks, but we were told we were only allowed to have wine and not soft drinks (which makes no sense). In the end the manager allowed us to have the soft drinks, but there was a lot of confusion.

Great central location. Staff were amazing and friendly - nothing was too much trouble (except for one receptionist - but you always get one!) Spotlessly clean hotel, and the quality of food in the restaurant was way beyond our expectations. We would definitely return.

Pool was closed for two days, but no one could tell us why, and our room door was sticking, but the receptionist we reported it to wouldn’t get it fixed so we had to slam it each time.

Despite of the fact the hotel is newly opened again, its really comfortable and has a good location. Positive we noticed: - unlimited water from dispenser - Hungarian lady amongs the receptionists - lovely pool with Teide panorama - wide variety of meals - hotel activities (quiz, concerts, yoga etc)

- desserts are poor and simple - nothing special for young people. Guests are mostly retired

Staff was very friendly and professional, swimming pool and garden are very nice, breakfast and dinner had good quality and variety. We had a large room and balcony.

Nothing that we did not like about the hotel. Just a comment about parking. You can drive up to the hotel entrance to check in, but you cannot leave your car there. There are sufficient free parking places in the neighborhood in the direction of the Botanic Garden.
