I really appreciated the welcome pack (water, coffee /tea sachets, wine) particularly as there were no shops open on my arrival. Great location, parking available most of the time on site in the small car park and always very nearby on the road outside. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants/bars in main La Paz strip, but in a quiet location so perfect mix of both. Cleaning was regular and on time throughout the stay and the apartment has everything needed for a self-catering stay, including excellent cooking/kitchen and laundry facilities. Great view and evening sunshine on large balcony. Lovely, clean rooftop pool area although it was a shame about opening hours (9:30-17:30)...presumably due to there also being residential apartments on site? Complex felt secure (entrance from evening is locked and access is with code and key) and noticed there is a nightly visit from security person which was reassuring as a sole traveller. Friendly and helpful staff. All round this was excellent no frills self-catering accommodation with a great location for exploring the Island or staying around the local area.

The apartment is located near the entrance and due to the location of the bedroom do expect some likelihood of disturbance to sleep due to noise from others at times (particularly if a longer stay...or at weekends). The shower requires replacement and there is a skill to ensuring the bath plug stays in place when filling (😂), occasional unpleasant smells (due to plumbing?) but very useable, good size bathroom and sufficient hot water. Would have appreciated the opportunity to go for a swim after a day out walking, etc so it's a real shame about the pool opening time being so restrictive.

I like the greeting I received on arrival.

No staff in reception any of the time I went to it. Not even on the morning I left to hand in my key. It was advertised as not being a hen party or stag doo compliant accommodation but there were around 10 Irish teenagers making a lot of noise. Setting fire alarms off at night and being loud around the pool after I was asked twice to keep my noise down by guests around the pool.

The pool on the roof was perfectly clean and heated (February). The kitchen in the apartment was equipped well enough. The view from balcony on the mountain side was great. We went to Puerto de la Cruz to visit Loro park and to go to a beach, but we never made it to the beach as we left sooner to much warmer Los Cristianos. Good value for money though.

The beds were not the best. The bathroom ventilation is a hole in the wall connected to the other apartment's bathroom.

- kitchen utensils could have been more. - swing in the balcony had lot of dirt on it. - There were beds for 4 adults but no bed for my 5 years old.

Quiet location, with good access to the motorway, El Tiede and the beaches. The apartment was spacious and well equiped for a long stay. The pool was heated and clean. There was ample parking and lots of shops and restaurants walking distance away.

The staff were amazing. I had problems booking before we arrived but personal service meant that the staff sorted out this problem. Thankyou. Staff at reception very helpful. On the edge of town but with facilities, shops and restuarants nearby. It was quiet with access to walks in nature. 10 minutes walk from Centre of town. Cleaning service was good. Outside garden to relax in was good with great views of the sea.

The heated pool on the roof was a little smaller than we thought.

The balcony and the pool have an amazing view. We were always able to find the parking spot just in front of the hotel. The kitchen had enough equipment. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would recommend considering price.

One of the bads was really poor and not confi. We would appreciate more clean floors after our check-in and at least one basic cleaning within 8 days' stay.

Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen The view and the rooftop pool were very nice; and helpful staff. We requested a baby crib and found one in the room, very nice and clean. In the area there were plenty of parking spots.

Firstly, we had some problems with the check-in because our keys were missing. When we checked-in some cleaning was necessary and the bed sheets were smelling odd. After 3 days the cleaning lady came and these were solved. One bed was unstable. Certainly more shower gel & shampoo was needed.

Peaceful and quiet location and perfect view, the city, ocean and mountain! To mention also good facilities and having approachable staff. Parking space is always available if you rent a car..
