Great modern hotel. All the amenities that I needed. I don't need a gym, spa, and such. Very good breakfast but food should be hotter. But still very good. And many offerings. They even made a fresh cafe con leche for me. Within walking distance from the train station. No need for a taxi or Uber.

Absolutely no one speaks English. Even the TV in the room offered nothing but Spanish. No CNN, no Euro News, no France 24, no BBC. Everywhere else I've been there have been some such choices. This place, zip, nada. What got me through is my basic knowledge of Spanish.

I didn’t like that I had found a bug =insect in my bed. It was a live and I will post the picture. Also, before I made the booking reservation with booking it was a green statement saying that “My 9 years child can stay in our room for free”, However, they were charging me 25 euros per night because of the child hotel policies. That was really uncomfortable.

Very comfortable bed, great room size with good space for clothes and stuff, absolutley nosie-proof which is top priority for my wife and I. Great breakfast options with excellent value! We can say with confidence that we'd be happy to come stay at Santa Eulalia again and that we amply recommend the hotel to others not only because of the great facilities and value but most importantly, the amazing staff that helped us during our stay. From the front desk, to the bar and cafeteria, all staff members treated us so kindly and were unbelievably helpful and friendly. We will always be grateful of how they all went out of their way to get us to the Winter Festival on time to see our favorite band which was the reason we visited Puertollano. El equipo de Santa Eulalia es el mejor!

I really liked it. Very modern hotel, with a great location. The room is very clean and in good condition, with a good design. Friendly staff. There were some difficulties with communication, since few people speak English. I recommend this hotel

The staff was very nice. Very helpful, always available. I asked for an extra pillow and they delivered straight away. Our room was quiet.

We got a room with one bed (cama de matrimonio) which was rather small (150cm?). If I come again, I'll ask for two separate beds.

It is a great hotel in the centre of Puertollano. The staff are so lovely and helpful and can’t recommend them enough! Hotel always very clean and everything we needed during our stay was available. We ate there quite a bit the breakfasts were great and meals I had in the restaurant and in the outside bar area were all lovely.

Good facilities overall, great services to the guest, great buffet, great location.

Not really a complain, but the bathroom design for me is too weird. Other than that very happy with everything offered for the price.

Very friendly helpful staff, from reception to waitress to everyone we had dealing with. Air conditioning controlled by reception, so sort it out with them and all will be good. Very friendly town, unexpectedly interesting, thank you. Amazing value for money.

Very noisy if you're room is facing the road . Air conditioning wasn't great we were still very hot at night even though we had it at 16 degrees. But very helpful staff and clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Modern and overlooking the botanical gardens. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff

The garage parking was difficult to find and very tight. Couldn’t find any good local restaurant.
