It was our third stay at San Alfredo. For us this location is simply fabulous for a stay at Valencia when You have a car (15-20 min from centre). The quality of the cosy and top furnished rooms is amazing. You have a lot of comfort and calm for an excellent price for quality. For us it is an advantage to go in the evening out of Valencia to be in calm at the oasis of San Alfredo. The stuff is very friendly and you get the best oranges and lemons you can imagine. So we only can recomend this beautiful location. To rent a car and to stay at San Alfredo is for us the better and more economical choice for a stay at Valencia. And you can go at the natural reserve of Albufera to see a fantastic sunset.

I really really really want to give this B&B a 10 but can't. It's just beautiful to look at, lavishly decorated, has a gorgeous pool & courtyard, served a good varietal breakfast (no eggs) with the best abundant freshly squeezed Valencian orange juice ever. Our room was just adjacent to reception; it was noisy until very late/early morning & we could hear everything going on in the room next door....& I mean everything! Our room was comfy with an overhead fan as well as air conditioning with a TV system that was questionable (but we weren't here to watch TV). Great restaurants nearby but you do need a car & parking was very easy. Would I stay there again.....yes I think so but wouldn't want the same room due to the noise.

The young man was quite blasé & disinterested. What is that "fridge thing" in the room? There is a great honesty system for food/drinks but the contents in the fridge were warm. Little things make it or break it for me.

Everything. This was a last minute booking at a really good price which attracted me. On arrival we couldn’t believe our luck. The property is amazing and set off the main road surrounded by orange trees. The house is superbly decorated and furnished to a high standard with so many interesting features and artifax. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped . Excellent buffet breakfast served till 10.30 am. Pool and terrace looked wonderful but to cold during our one night stay to appreciate. Would recommend this B and B not far from Valencia.

Breakfast is very good. Despite being conveniently close to motorway, it is a quiet location. Spacious room with sitting area. Lovely decoration. The 'honesty' bar.

Our room had a very narrow mattress (the pillows were sticking out on the side of the bed) and therefore we both did not sleep well. When we mentioned this to the staff we were told that there had been a problem with our bed and they were waiting for a new mattress (the correct size). They should have mentioned this to us before or upon our arrival and maybe we could have had a compensation. The bathroom had a sewage smell.

The hotel's design is impeccable, and it offers its own free parking. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were available, though the water was cold. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was cold upon our return, but it could be heated. However, the bathroom remained consistently cold. The water pressure was low, and the temperature was not sufficiently hot. Additionally, the room's sound insulation was not optimal. There is an additional charge for tea outside of breakfast hours.

The property was a lovely peaceful place to stay very clean and comfortable . Breakfast was excellent a great choice and very fresh and their freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely! . Sana the manager was so welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable , such a lovely person , nothing was too much trouble

Only negative was just we went into the local town in the evening for a meal and no restaurants open so you would need to travel further to eat n the evening

We were enroute from southern Spain back to the UK and chose this B&B due to its location 5 minutes off the A7 motorway. We were not disappointed with this lovely boutique-syle B&B with plenty of parking. We arrived after 9pm at night and were met by 2 friendly staff. Our room (16) was in a court yard area with a beautiful garden, seating areas and swimming pool. In the main B&B building we were treated to a comprehensive breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice on the table. We sat outside on the terrace overlooking another swimming pool. Very relaxing with piped music in the background.

The location was excellent, close to the highway but quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was done very well - delicious. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, the air conditioning was quiet and very effective. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Very positive.

The only negative was the slow draining shower and the too small fridge in the room. Very minor items overall.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! The territory is very well kept and is just beautiful! the whole building has amazing interior design with lots of cute touches and details. Breakfast was nice, nothing extraordinary though - selection of cheese and ham, some fruit, cereal, croissants and they would also offer to prepare eggs to your taste, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee. Fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and everything you might need. We did not expect that but they actually made our bed daily. The territory has a beautiful terrace to sit, pool and jacuzzi (we were a but disappointed it wasn't heated), additional towels were provided in the room. The room was clean with cool bathroom amenities from L'occitaine. Cool concept of Honesty bar where you can grab a drink (wine, spirits, cider, no beer though, beverages)

I wish we had a big mirror in the room, the only one we had was in the bathroom. For the price of the stay - tea and coffee could be free of charge however it is not a minus, just a wish Definitely would need a car to get there.

Beautiful Spanish B&B in the outskirts of Valencia. Overall decor is very appealing, nicely tuned in with the surrounding scenery of coastal Spain. Beds where comfortable. Bathroom ample and fully equipped with all toiletries, towels etc. Common areas and grounds are well designed and the pool / jacuzzi setting is just right . Breakfast was also of very good quality with a wide variety. The "honesty bar" an awesome offering. Basically 24 hour self serve drinks and snacks.

Really no negatives on this one. If anything, one can hear the freeway, in the distance, at night. But nothing to keep you up or bother .
