Like always when we stay at this hotel the service was impeccable, we really appreciated how the team helped us with a few requests we had for our 1 year old. Rooms are very spacious, beds comfy, and the environment is just beautiful. Great place to disconnect from busy urban life. One minor thing to improve for us would be to start breakfast earlier than 9am.

Staff in reception is much improvable. One was super nice while 2 others not customer-oriented at all. One employee made a mistake taking bote of our spa booking (she recognized the mistake afterwards) and in between the colleague wanted to charge us the spa saying we were not able to cancel, and she said that in a very rude way, not nice at all, and not waiting for the colleague to come back to clarify. There has been also some misunderstanding with the time we could leave the room and same, not friendly at all communicating with us. While staff in the restaurant and during breakfast was fantastic, paying attention to every detail to make you feel comfortable.

The room was very spacious, really comfortable bed, we had a small garden too which was lovely. The bathroom was amazing, very posh! The staff were lovely, even though some could only speak a little English, they were very friendly and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountain range and nearby town, so peaceful.

The spa was also very nice but wasn't told that it would cost (19€ per person for an hour) although it was well worth it, would've been nice to have some notice.

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is large and has good functions. Staff are nice and helpful.

Location is quite remote and no much facility nearby. The building is a litte bit worn out and not as good as those shown.

We had an amazing and relaxed weekend with friends. Good location to start hikes and relax in the spa! Restaurant was really good as well and the staff was really helpfull. 😊

The room was big, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff friendly and helpful. All the natural area around Robledo de Chavela and the whole Sierra Oeste de Madrid is awesome

I would like the breakfast to include wholemeal bread (pan integral)

Amazing location, so scenic and serene. Big rooms, with lovely balcony and comfortable beds. Nice spa facilities.

The standard of the food in the restaurant is not great when you compare to much cheaper restaurants in the local area, especially with access to great quality ingredients

War , cozy room with nice furnishings, rugs, great armchair. Bathroom very spacious znd well-lit Nice detail of coat rack by the door.

The noise in the toof at night. It sounded lije mice. The noise woke me up.
