The hotel was great. Street parking was easy. Clean hotel conveniently located near highway, supermarket, gas station, train station, bank etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Big, big thank you to Mohammed for being a huge help at the front desk. He made sure our stay was smooth, comfortable and he was always willing to help with translation and suggestions with travel. Rooms overlooking the street. Hotel location is industrial area so there are not a lot to see by walking. But Victor's partner at check-in (sorry I forgot your name) gave us a very good restaurant to get dinner. Free parking, and when someone parked too close to the van (which would be impossible to get out of our parking spot) Grissel, Julia and Victor sprang into action and got the other tenant to move their car. Grissel told us to park our van parallel to get us out without any problem. thanks so much, that 6am drive to the airport gave us time to relax before our flight. Free coffee/tea. Exceptionally clean, first hotel where you enter and it smelled like clorox (best disinfectant) and under the bed was spotless (I know cos my husband's ring rolled under and we had to reach for it).

We chose this hotel because it was one of the few we could find between Montserrat and Catalunya, where we went to the F1. For this purpose it was great, it was clean and the staff were nice. I liked the coffee machines in the lobby which we could access 24/7. There are a few shops and grocery stores near by.

It was a bit far and not very easy to access without a car. Although not a long walk from the train stations (roughly 10-15 min depending which line you’re taking) it was a walk on a busy road with not much room for pedestrians. If you have a car it’s not a problem, but if not I’d suggest staying somewhere closer to the cute little town centre.

The room was clean and good enough for money. It was clean and updated amenities.

The Rubi is totally another city, which is 45 minutes from Barcelona, with the train. We did not know this information, as in the maps it shows as Barcelona. Take into consideration.

We liked that the parking was free and right in front of the hotel.The trainstation was only a 5 minute drive and we parked the car there every day..for free.From there it was a 30 minute trainride to the metro,bus and train hub in Barcelona. The room was roomy,with a kingsize bed and excellent matras. Two doors down was a Chinese store with basic groceries to make sandwiches with and to get drinks or snacks to take with us for a picnic with view of the Sagrada familia on Montjuic.We did not pay for the breakfast,but it did look good for people who like to have breakfast in the hotel.Coffee ,tea and hot chocolate are available 24 hours from a machine in the lobby. All in all we would come back again.

The direct surroundings of the hotel might be a bit of a negative for some people.Not the most scenic area.But we just used it as our base for the daytrips to Barcelona and for that it was excellent.And for the people to who it matters ,it was super safe.Not a dodgy area,just not in the center of town or a scenic area.Plus the friendy service and seeing all kinds of people,like business men, tourists,vandrivers and some other workers use it made it the hotel for all people,like their slogan on the frontdoor.All in all good hotel for the price.

The staff was incredibly nice. We loved the free coffee in the lobby. It was a very nice machine. We slept really well.

The location wasn’t great, but we knew that before we booked. It’s a great value for Barcelona.

We loved our stay in B&B Rubi. The room was just enough, cleaned every day with fresh towels. However the view was not so satisfying - just a wall... if I could suggest a little change: the breakfasts were quite boring. Every day the same food (yummy but boring after few days). It would be a great idea to add something new each day :) the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful

As they are an environmental hotel, they don't give you toiletries and you need to ask for them, when u ask for them they give u very little. Breakfast OK, not lots of options but tasty. Also u need to ask for a duvet if u are cold

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient parking. Pet-friendly, gave gifts to pets, which was very nice.

It was just 20/30mins outside of Barcelona away from potential criminals, I have a big sailing team van, plenty of safe parking over the road..
