The Hotel was beautifully designed and comfortable for our one night stay. The garden and outside area was well looked after and the parking area of a good size. The proximity to the autoroute was great and the surrounding countryside and views were stunning. It was a lovely sunny afternoon and we sat on the balcony watching the sun set.

The restaurant was well staffed and service was good. The menu was varied and the only slight downside was that the Dinner menu items all had sauces which were a little rich for some people who follow a diet or prefer plainer food. Breakfast was ok although when we arrived, seemingly late as there were no tables available in the restaurant so we had to sit in a separate area in the bar , breakfast items were a little on the sparse side.

The hotel has an impressive stunning appearance and the gardens and pool are lovely and well tended with fabulous views all round. The undercover secure parking was excellent especially for prestige car owners. Our check in was second to none and our room really nice and comfortable (but the lighting was poor). We had a wonderful relaxed and sunny time by the pool with excellent bar service by reception staff. Views close up of Griffon Vultures from our bedroom window were unbelievable

We had dinner in the hotel but it fell well short of expectations. The service was odd. We weren’t greeted and we had to find the waiter to ask for our table. We should have been received properly into the lounge for aperitifs and then called to our table. The service continued to be poor with us having to ask to have omissions rectified. The meal itself was below par. Breakfast should have been a delight in this hot el but again service in the restaurant was very poor and totally spoiled our meal. I could give a list of negatives.

Wonderful surroundings and super nice Chalet-styled hotel with very few rooms. Staff was great and extremely accomodating. Breakfast was fabulous and the mountain view from panoramic terrace was second to none…awesome. Dinner restaurant with same views was equally delicious. Gourmet food at very reasonable prices.

Only minor details. A few tiles were missing in pool and some sun bed madresses needs mending…not to be expected in this category of hotel. Apart from these two minir issues, everything was in absolute tip top shame and high quality

Everything seemed brand new. Lovely decor, rustic yet modern & high quality. Comfortable bed, very nice linen and towels. Fabulous views. Excellent restaurant. Staff all speak English and very attentive. My husband was gasping for a beer and was served one while we were checking in.

We had to carry our luggage up steep steps to the property from the car park. I am sure we could have got help but there was no signage saying so. We ate at 9.15pm outside on the terrace which became very cold & windy (but a beautiful view!).

Met by friendly, helpful staff. To this lovely establishment. Ideally located for visits to Ordesa and surroundings scenic areas. Room was clean and very comfortable with a wide panoramic view. Breakfasts very good. Had lunch on Friday. A really excellent meal served on the veranda with exceptional views. A great experience and must again emphasise the staff who really added a further plus to an already excellent establishment

Leaving so soon

Oh my goodness. Highlight of our time away. The best hotel I have stayed in. Just the right size with wonderful views and gardens. All the staff were absolutely charming and couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are just amazing with luxuries everywhere. They have thought of everything. Dinner in the evening was absolutely delicious, served on the terrace. If I won the lottery, I'm living here. I'll remember it always. Thank you to all involved!!

Beautiful location. Lovely building. Warm, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful when asked. Buffet breakfast was average. Choice of eggs. No bacon/ sausage etc. make your own coffee but coffee poor quality. Dinner that same every night. Well cooked. Good wine list reasonably priced.. Marc made the best Gin and tonics ever!

Staff kept opening the door making it drafty. Swimming pool freezing.

Room was very comfy, with a very nice bed. Also the bathroom was very nice and spacious with good water pressure. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Good wifi too.

I'm 40yo but find the music in the pool not the best choice considering the location and type of the hotel. Something more jazzy or calm would be nice. The restaurant menu is limited for more than 3 days stay and not cheap at all.

This is a wonderful hotel in a superb setting. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were delightful, the grounds are immaculate and the decor is beautiful - a 'Rocky Mountain' style lodge hotel in sunny Spain with the picturesque Pyrenees in the background. The food was all delicious, both the evening meal prepared by an excellent chef, and the plentiful breakfast. I have to eat gluten free and was well provided for, not always the case.

This place is a fantastic hotel with great staff, great food, in a beautiful location with views of the tops of the Pyrenees from the hotel. Great parks to visit - incredible scenery. A wonderful experience and a wonderful place to stay.
