the best hotel and restaurant on site. super cozy room with every comfort, good internet, heating via the air conditioning system up to 30 c when it gets very cold. spacious room, very good restaurant open from 1:30 p.m. the hotel is only 200m from the castle.free public parking. very clean, very good price

Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly, very nice comfortable rooms. Free street parking and you can park and drop your luggage. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. I highly recommend it and would return. Sabiote was a lovely village to explore.

The staff here were fantastic. We struggled with language given our lack of Spanish but the staff worked hard to understand and meet our needs. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean and the location historic and quiet. We had a great night's sleep.

The food at the restaurant is excellent, both dinner and breakfast were great. The hotel staff was very helpful, we could use the kitchen refrigerator to keep our wine and jamón cool. The pool was super nice to beat the heat.

It's a shame there is no refrigerator in the room. The waiters at dinner were overall confused, disinterested and forgetful.

Amazing staff and a beautiful pñace to stay. Highly recommend it.

Basic breakfast... But still a great experience!

Lovely, quiet, scenic location. Bedroom roomy and comfortable.

The room reservation should not have been accepted as the hotel was effectively closed. Dinner was not available that night (Monday) as all the staff finished at 5:00pm. This meant a car journey to find a bar or restaurant that was open, not a quick or easy task. There was also no breakfast service on the Tuesday. Had I known at the time of booking, I would not have completed the reservation. I specifically chose the hotel for the availability of dinner and breakfast. I was contacted by text message on the Monday morning to advise that the staff were finishing at 5:00pm. This information should all have been on the website.

The location and the room were good as expected.

We had booked dinner and were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function that was taking place. There was no one on reception as all the staff were dealing with food and drinks for the function. We couldn’t even get a drink! That was ok and we dealt with that by going elsewhere. We were told breakfast was 9am next morning and we arrived slightly early and were first to sit down. The girl was a few minutes late but that was ok. Other Spanish people arrived and we had to ask for a coffee. She started serving all the others who had arrived after us so we asked for food. She continue to serve others so we left at nearly 10am as we had a 400mile journey without any breakfast!
