Great location while not bang in the centre, it's only a very short walk and it's still very central. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, small plunge pool. Very cosy, only 16 rooms, so quiet. Lovely central patio to enjoy a (free) coffee. Also, sit down breakfast served at the table with good fresh products (except the orange juice). Úbeda is a lovely little town with lots of historic monuments with a nice, calm atmosphere to walk around

Though breakfast was lovely, it wasn't huge (compared to a buffet breakfast). There is no car park however there is a public car park with easy access about a 2 minute walk away. It didn't bother me at all but at night there is no reception so you let yourself in with your key card

Your receptionist (Victoria) was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Nice lounge area with good WiFi Rooftop ‘dipping pool’ to cool down - small area but attractive with 6 deckchairs. Nice Continental Breakfast with a bit of everything for everyone! Paid parking 2mins away. Hotel is located at the top of the Main Street.

The lounge area has a fountain which was leaking water all around its base. I slipped and hurt myself and the fountain was STILL not turned off or drained. A complete health and safety hazard. We stayed in Room 4, but the terrace area was dirty and the WiFi non existent but it was cool! We were offered room 6, one of the Double Duplex Rooms, beautifully laid out but at this time of year (June) being at the top of the building - it was way too hot. Also there was a gap in the curtains directly opposite the bed!

This was a great location! I was able to walk to it from the bus station very easily, and I had quick access to all the restaurants and other businesses of downtown. As a solo female traveler, this place was a dream come true. All the staff were woman, and they had 3 dedicated overnight staff as well in case of an emergency (thankfully there was none, but it's nice to know they were there!). There's also a rooftop pool, that no one was using while I was there, which was a delight to splash around in after a hot day exploring the city. It is completely worth it to add the breakfast in the morning: fresh, filling, and diverse. The whole building has such a clean, upscale, fun design to it. Overall, this place was such a delight.

The mattress could have been a little softer, but overall a small complaint.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice and friendly with us. We had a toddler and they provided a crib in our room. The price is great and location too. The breakfast was very nice as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We did not know that you need to have a key card plugged in for the lights to turn on and then when the card was pulled out a very bright exit light turned on. We found this out early in the morning when my husband likes to get up early way before my toddler and I.

Location was great. The patio is delightful. The room and bed were enormously spacious. Staff were SUPER friendly and professional. Definitely helpful and added to making the experience a good one. Breakfast was abundant and scrumptious. However, exactly the same the 2 days we stayed - as I have seen in other comments if you were to stay more than 2 days, it might be worth having some breakfast elsewhere some of the days.

There were no bins in the room, only small one in the bathroom. Wifi 🛜 quality was on and off, which was surprising as the room was behind reception, but with a bit of patience I was able to connect to do what I needed, so finally no big issue for me. A agreement for slightly better rate with the local parking 🅿️ would be very beneficial to customers

The room was very spacious, the bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfast and the staff were great. The building is quite luxurious. Everything was clean and high standard. But...

My room was next to the main hall and the restaurant, and also next to the street. I would have preferred not to be placed in the ground floor, because you get the noise from the restaurant and the people passing through the hall, plus the cars from the street. Ground floor is not the best choice.

Breakfast time!! It was not available until after 9.am. We were travelling on and wanted to leave at 8.30. everything on offer for breakfast was laid out on plates, no hot food ect.easy enough to serve earlier say 8.00 am Advertised with a swimming pool but really only a tiny plunge pool 2mts x 2mts

Loved the funky decor and location. Extremely comfortable bed. Great building. Quiet.

Wasn’t crazy about having the take the stairs to the bedroom (and haul luggage up, too). Also, the coffee maker was downstairs with no bottled water or water source, so had to go back upstairs with the machine’s carafe to fill it and back down again. Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.

perfect location for both business and leisure trips, close to the old city, next to an underground parking with a reasonable fee( 14 euro/24h), nice bars and restaurants at short distance. Very pleasant staff, willing to meet all your needs. Spacious room, excellent bed and pillows( both soft and stiffer ones, for your choice) . Clean, even for a 2 days stay they changed the bed sheets! Very attentive to all details .

for all the nice things they offer the quality of the towels should be 4 starts ,too ( they were clean but a bit grey and stiff , would rate them 3 stars )

Beautiful large room, very clean, modern bathroom and most comfortable bed. Coffee machine and fridge. Hotel has a lovely sitting area and a roof top area to relax. Very good price. The hotel staff welcomed us as we arrived and gave us all the information we needed about the beautiful town.

Nothing. It would have been nice to stay two nights.
